Beautiful beach location

You couldn’t get any closer to the beach than here! Great location, great accommodations and very accessible to restaurants, groceries and all the amenities. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Clean, Convenient and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the deck and even though there were close neighbors it was quiet and enjoyable. Convenient to beach, grocery store and everything else we wanted to do. We will be back!!!

What a absolutely relaxing house very nice and clean, walk right out to the beach. Close to restaurants and Pier Park. Sonya was great to deal with and made sure everything was right.

This is by far the BEST rental we have ever stayed in! It was clean, fully remodeled with the most gorgeous views! I had excellent communication with the hosts and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I will definitely book again when returning to PCB!!

Family Vacation

Perfect week long vacation with my family. Our new favorite place to stay. Beautiful views with a short trail to the beach from the back porch. You have your own little private beach never crowded no matter what time of day you go out. The inside was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds are super comfortable. I could go on and on how perfect and beautiful it is and can’t wait to book again.

Awesome place to Vacay!

House is beautiful and Sonya is a great host. I’ve been visiting PCB for close to 40yrs and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s on a quiet side away from packed high rise hotels but still close enough to get to the hot spots quick. There’s a grocery store right across street for those quick needs. The views are spectacular and the house has all the things you need. I highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

Clean, cute, comfy condo on the beach! Upon arrival we were texted deets from the owner. Very friendly! Easy to get to from the airport. Right across from the grocery store. Cleanliness was on point! Cute decor and setup. Comfy beds. Perfect for our family of 4 to getaway right before school starts!!! Would stay here again.

Loved the location!

Had an issue with the AC not working properly at check in. Issue was fully resolved on the 2nd day! Loved being right on the beach! Also enjoyed having extra beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. on the deck that we could use at the beach! Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location!

We had such a great trip! The townhouse was clean, cozy and close to all of the amenities. The views from the back deck and master bedroom were amazing! It was so nice being steps away from the practically private beach. We would recommend this place and would stay here again!

weekend get a way

we wanted a long weekend on the beach. this was perfect for 2 couples. nice deck to sit and have coffee in the mornings and fun for sunset and a cocktail. loved our stay and will def stay again next year!

The views are amazing. Sonya is great! The construction is gonna be great once it is done. The beach access is amazing sitting at the bar watching the waves was the best.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a great time! The views from the balcony were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside. The beach was steps away! The townhome was clean and equipped with everything we needed- like home away from home!

Great condo, perfect location

Stayed during July 4th and the fireworks along the beach were spectacular! The condo was directly on the beach and had everything you needed for us five. It was in the perfect location close to pier park, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Communication with the host was great and very timely. Thanks for the early check in! It was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful stay!

House is fantastic!! Unfortunately my infant won’t be an infant next year so we won’t be able to stay here again because we will be over the limit and we are so sad about that because the location is perfect!! There is a Winn Dixie right across the street, so that makes getting anything you need a breeze! We LOVED being able to walk back and forth so easy from the beach, made having a baby at the beach so much easier! The house was so cute and the view is amazing!

Perfect getaway

From the moment we arrived the experience was perfect. The location was clean, the host very responsive, and lots to do. Everything was easy to get to. Will definitely be back! The only negative was the weather - came in tow. Idle of a storm - and the the HUGE TV made movies and football a great option.

Really you can walk or scooter or rent a golf cart to just about anything that you want front Beach Road is always an Adventure.
We have Pierre park very close and a Mcquires fancy restaurant going in walking distance also

Your Just Steps to the Front Door . This beautiful End unit has a High rise Feel & fabulous View , it has a HUGE porch to entertain or Lounge on just steps to beach, no elevators. The Semi Private beach is so nice , its a Retreat The Gulf Of America looks and Behaves Different Every Day. From Enjoying the Colors of the Sunrise and All the different looks of Our Beautiful Ocean ,back to Tremendous colors at Sunset 🌅 i could Stay here all Day! But Much to see & Do. However the Beach đŸ–ïž Is Calling..... salt Therapy
