Lugn ... namnet säger allt. Ligger HÖGER PÅ det vita sockerrika sanden i hjärtat av Panama City Beach. Gå ut bakdörren från solrummet så har du rätt PÅ STRANDEN. Du kommer att känna den "lugn" som namnet på detta hem innebär i det ögonblick du satte foten i huset. Njut av att slappa av i bubbelpoolen medan du tittar på viken och tittar på solnedgången, eller konverserar i solrummet som har 180 graders utsikt över bukten, eller titta på TV på en av de fyra plattskärms-TV-apparaterna inklusive högupplöst 60-TV i vardagsrummet eller den stora skärmen högupplöst TV i sovrummet. Programmering inkluderar över 200 kabelkanaler inklusive HBO, STARZ, Cinemax, SHOWTIME och sportkanalerna. Också gratis Wi-Fi.

Hemmet är centralt beläget på Panama City Beach - på gångavstånd till ananas Willies, La Vela och Walmart. Eftersom du befinner dig i ett bostadsområde på stranden (inte bredvid några lägenheter) kommer det att känna att du har din egen privata strand!

Du kommer att njuta av full användning av hela bottenvåningen i detta två våningar strandhus. Din semesterresa har fem sovplatser. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en stor plattskärms HD-TV. Det andra sovrummet har en inbyggd drottning över drottning våningssäng, en dagssäng och en platt-TV. Det tredje sovrummet är ett pass-genom sovrum med två våningssängar och en dagssäng med en rulla. Detta område har en egen platt-TV och ett halvt badrum. Det är perfekt för barnen. Det fjärde sovområdet är solrummet, precis utanför befälhavaren, med en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Det femte sovrummet är vardagsrummet, som har en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Det finns två fulla bad, ett halvt bad och en utomhusdusch.

Tranquility is the correct name!

Tranquility was just that! This home is right on the beach in a row of houses. You pretty much have the beach to yourself but all the fun is right around the corner! Great location. The home is older and has lots of character. Very clean and everything you need. The swing is nestled in the dunes with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf. Morning coffee was a must on the swing. On cooler days we sat in the big hot tub with drinks and listened to music while viewing the beach. Beds were comfy. The owner Dennis and his wife live upstairs but respect your privacy. Overall it was a fantastic experience!!!Dennis

This place was absolutely fantastic! We loved every bit of our stay! There was plenty of room to all be together as a family but have our own space at the same time! The neighborhood is awesome and close to any activity you would want to do! We were very happy to find a pet friendly home that was located in such a nice and quiet area. One that made us feel safe while walking our dog at night. The section of beach this property is located on was stunning! Dennis upstairs was very quick to help us when we needed it and was super friendly! This place definitely felt like a home away from home! We greatly looking forward to booking this house in the future!!! The only negative about this place is we wish we booked longer! :)

Musty/Mold and disappointed

The online pictures did not depict the actual age and damage to the floors, walls and counter tops windows and screens. Couches were not clean and full of sand as were some of the beds. Family got sick.

Perfect Location!

For the first time all going together, I took my two kids, their spouses, and my grandchildren to PCB for a family mini-vacation. The property is in an excellent location that is convenient to all you will need while at the beach. We all enjoyed the patio, swing and hot tub, and the grandkids had a blast making s'mores around the firepit. The beach is just steps away from the back door of the property, which made it nice when one of the grandkids needed to go inside. The property host was very responsive and wanted to ensure we were happy during our stay.

Beachfront paradise

Right on a beautiful white sand beach. Loved the views of the ocean and sunset from the porch and back room and bench swing. Plenty of beds and clean and comfortable space.

Location Location Location

This place was amazing. We stayed at this prime location with our dogs for 33 days and wish it could have been longer. This property in my opinion could not be in a better location in all of Panama City Beach. Walk out of the back porch is the beautiful white beach with a two person swing, which we used every morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the dolphins. When time to relax even more we would jump into the hot tub and listen to some music. Everything needed was within walking distance, such as several really great restaurants, shopping (Walmart) and entertainment of all sorts. Even though we are older we also enjoyed some of the night life. There is a couple dog parks near by, one of which was on the beach at Pier Park, where there is plenty of shops & restaurants. My dogs loved the beach and all the friendly people that gave them attention. We can’t wait to go back there next year & hopefully stay longer.

My family (including dogs) stayed here for the holiday weekend and very much enjoyed our access to this beach house, the beautiful beach, and other amenities. Would definitely recommend for a large group any time.

Nice place to stay right on the beach!

Location for this house is close to everything. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach and also take a short walk down the beach to pineapple Willly's for some drinks and food.We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed watching the sunsets and our dogs were able to stay out with us with the fenced in patio.Overall this was a nice place to stay for vacation and we had a great time in PCB!

Beautiful views

We booked this location for our family For 3 nights over Labor day weekend! We were very pleased with this rental. We had plenty of space for our family of 9… the location was great and the views were exceptional! It is literally just steps from the patio to the beach.We will definitely be back for our next Beach vacation!

This property was much older than the properties around it, but it had its own little personality. It could use a few upgrades, but It was comfy and convenient. We enjoyed every minute!! I would recommend this to everyone. Owner communication and check in were super easy. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Tranquility ❤️

We stayed four nights and our stay was lovely. Short walk to beach and jacuzzi was clean and relaxing. We were very pleased we were able to bring my small white dog. She is 13 1/2 and she had such a nice and tranquil stay. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our vacation. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation. : )

Beachfront property with less crowds than most places

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the fact that we could bring our dogs on vacation with us. The beds were very comfortable and we all used the hot tub much more than I thought we would.

Second stay, love the location right on the beach. It is so central to everything yet this part of the beach is super quiet. Nelofer is just great to work with and very responsive. I love this place.

"Cheeseheads" from WI to PCB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Tranquility!" The house was as advertised in the listing and the beach access + sunsets were even better than expected. Nelofer was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we return to PCB and we highly recommend it to others.

Tranquility=Total Relaxation

Loved the location of Tranquility. Our month-long escape from Illinois weather was just that, "Tranquility". Just a few steps from the warm sand and waves of the ocean. The swing facing the ocean was like a front row seat to the most beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and even a wedding near the ocean. Loved walking the beach, collecting shells and taking photos every day and a couple nights too. Nice quiet street away from the main traffic to walk our little dog., Lucy. A short drive to local restaurants, flea and craft markets and stores. We would highly recommend this location for your next get away or winter vacation.

This property is two separate homes, 'Heart of the Beach' which we live in full time upstairs and 'Tranquility' which we rent to vacationers downstairs. Tranquility was built as a beach cottage in the 1940s. The outside walls and some interior walls are about 2 feet thick concrete! Guess that's why it's lasted through so many hurricanes! The upstairs was built in 1995 by its then owner whom you may have heard of; Lita Ford. She was the lead guitarist for the Runaways in the late 1970s. She and her family lived here for a few years. Neighbors have told us Ozzy Osbourne and others were frequent visitors back then.
