We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. If you are looking for a great property right in the beach and is pet friendly…this is it. We really enjoyed this location and will continue to book when it’s available. It is close to everything you may need for your stay as well.

Incredible Location

We had a very quick weekend getaway and the location was perfect - especially with kids. The back deck walks right into the beach so we could walk back to the house anytime we needed.

Perfect location!

Just what we wanted for a long weekend. The beach is steps from the back deck. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Great access to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach. Great location, less crowded area. Parking was easy and convenient. Could have had additional linens for the hideaway bed. Overall great property would stay again.

The condominium is tucked beautifully into a small nook that leads straight to the beachfront. The view is beautiful to behold! I recommend it to any and everyone.

Excellent Location

I could almost roll out of bed and onto the beach! Townhouse was clean. Owners were great and always available but there were no issues with our stay. Will definitely be back.

Right on the Beach

This property was perfect for me and my 2 young adult daughters. Everything was very comfortable. When we were not on the beach we spent most of our time on the back deck. I would have preferred a little more privacy on the deck, but the fact that we were able to go down about 10 steps to the sand made it all worth while!

Perfect in every way!

Our stay was incredible! Having direct beach access to the Gulf was amazing. The condo was spacious, well appointed, contained everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. It was paradise and especially nice that it was dog friendly. In addition to the unit, with your own parking space, the area had numerous restaurants with delicious food and shopping. We definitely hope to stay again. Our hosts are kind and amazing people. We thank them for sharing their slice of paradise with us.

Summer 2021

We loved this property. We average twice a year to the beach for the last 35 years and this place has to be top 2 of all the places we have ever stayed. Owners were great to work with and very informative before we checked in. Beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. This townhome just suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely check to see if this is booked on our next trip to Panama City before we book somewhere else. Thanks again Jackie and Peter

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I have looked for the perfect beach getaway for our girls (ages 13 and 3) for several years. Now we know we have found it! This place was absolutely perfect for us. Our girls loved their room and we loved having breakfast out on the deck every morning. There was never a lack of things to do around the area or places to eat (although we had our favorites!). My family (all four of us) agreed this was the best beach vacation we've ever had. We are looking forward to next summer. Peter and Jackie are the most generous of hosts and super easy to work with. I can't think of one complaint, although a warning...don't forget and leave your beach items on the beach overnight...they will come through and remove them. Learned that the hard way but didn't let it affect our good stay!

Not very clean

Great location in regards to being on the beach. However, it was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, dead bugs smashed on the door, sand all over the floor, finger prints all over the fridge. I understand the sand but I think the rest should have been cleaned, especially when the listing specifies surfaces are cleaned. There was no iron as listed. The walkway to the beach was very overgrown and hard to walk through. I also don't recall reading that the bedrooms shared a bathroom upstairs which was a little awkward with our friends. The unit next door is being renovated and workers started with hammers, saws, etc as early as 8am so no sleeping in on this vacation.
