The deck is furnished with plenty of comfy seating, with the beach just beyond. Be sure to get a good sleep in one of the cozy bedrooms because there is lots to explore while you're here!

Free WiFi

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Family Time

The house is really spacious throughout, enough for a family like us and for the kids to play. There’s room to cook and make a spread for us all to enjoy at the table. It’s really nice having the ability to wash and dry your clothes during the trip and have clean clothes to put away after a long week of enjoyment so once you get home that is one less thing to worry about. We really loved the fact the stairs was minimal, yes there is stairs and with it being two stories quite a lot to some. However, I’ve seen a lot more stairs at other houses and this helped a lot with small kids and my parents. That being said, being really close to the beach compared to other places, walk out the back deck and walk down the stairs and your hitting sand, then just a short walk your feet is hitting waves and hanging out at the beach. Speaking to Vacasa through text prior to the trip and during it was so easy and helpful. They were always there to help with anything asked right then or they’d get back to me pretty quickly. Hands down I really don’t see anyone regret staying here, we didn’t and I can see us returning to this house in the future if it’s available to rent. Thanks again for letting us make memories we’ll always hold dear to our heart in your home.

Good unit/Bad rental company

Check in was easy. The location was great and the inside of the residence was nice. The carpet on the stairs leading up to the living area was pretty gross. Stains everywhere. The banisters going up were brown until my Mother in law decided to wipe them down and they went back white. The living area of the unit was nice and the set up worked well for us. The only negative was the mattress in the master upstairs. When you lay down on it your back hits the box springs. Pretty worn out. Other than that small piece I thought the unit was good and functional. With that said, if you see the word VACASA associated with a rental, you need to run and don’t look back. The DIRECTV didn’t work from day one. WiFi was out when we arrived and this was reported as well. Luckily I was able to get it to work without relying on worthless VACASA for a remedy. Multiple calls were made and no resolution was ever completed for the DIRECTV issue. I never heard from them as they said I would. Completely ignored. When you call them, you get a call center in California. It didn’t help 3 out of the 4 individuals I spoke with only spoke broken English. Only bright spot was I reported the upstairs air wasn’t working and someone actually came out for that. There was no water outside as all the pipes had apparently busted during a previous cold snap but that was never told to us either. Found out on our own. Bottom line, do NOT rent anything from VACASA. If you do, good luck!

Great location and views

The views and location are hard to beat. Unfortunately the washer was broke as well as the heating element in the oven during our stay. We reported it very early and were there for a week and neither was fixed. The unit has a great layout for adults where as most larger bedroom units split between adult and childrens rooms.

Good location/ disappointing home

The location and view of the ocean are phenomenal. The house had plenty of room but did not meet expectations of cleanliness. Upon arrival the previous visitors stuff was still scattered around the carport and porch. Our sheets had sand In them. Trash was under the beds and even someone’s open pill lay under the bed. We called for clean sheets and no one arrived. The washer was broke and we could not wash the sheets on the bed. We ended up driving to wal-mart that night to get new bedding for the beds. The stove was broke and we had to eat out for every meal which was not planned in our budget. After multiple attempts for return call and help we were able to get a loaner washing machine which turned out also to not work. Never got a stove. This is our second time to stay here. The first time was great no issues.

Loved the house but not clean

Loved the house but needs a deep cleaning! Food splattered on doors, large spill leaking out under fridge, floor covered in sand when we arrived, some blood splattered on blinds and wall, and black mold all around bathroom air vent. Sent pics to VACASA and only got an Im sorry! I paid a lot for cleaning fee some of that should have been refunded!

We really enjoyed our stay ! We called to see about the back door and they didn’t send anybody. Great location! Bathrooms in pool We’re not very clean. Overall we would go back !

Great Getaway

For 5 yeares we've staty in Meyers Vacation Rentals has had a very enjoyable stay. We were sure it would be the same with the new owners Vacasa. We only had one issue and that was at check-in. We called in 1 hour ahead of time hoping to check in eayly due to my wife cancer treatment which I explained on the phone. Her treatment had to be completed in the backseat of the car. Becasue of that she was sick on our 1st day. I undertsand the check in time was at 4. II want say anymore about that will we stay again , YES absolutly. Thank You
