Easy beach access & nice quiet area

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for family gathering...the sloping deck walkway with only one set of stairs at the end made beach access easier for my parents and toddler grandchild. We enjoyed the open kitchen/dining/den space with ample seating. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVE Sawgrass Pointe!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family! We loved the one level, spacious layout of this home, the large kitchen with lots of counter space & beautiful ocean views. The private boardwalk out to the beach was the perfect bonus. We’ve stayed at many beach homes and this one is without a doubt one of our favorites. To top it off, the ease of communication and courteousness of the staff at Coastal View Vacations was superb. We are already considering booking this home again for next years family vacation!

Location was the best part

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location cannot be beat! This home is directly on the beach with a private boardwalk to the sand. That was the best part of the trip. The inside of the house was clean and well kept. There were several sets of sliding doors leading outside, none of the doors locks worked, so there was simply a piece of wood wedged between the sliding doors and stationary door so that I would not slide open. In one room the wood was actually just a stick. The tracks on those doors were disgustingly filthy. There is also a nice screened in dining room, that area was also very dirty. The boardwalk appeared fairly new however there were at least 6/7 rotten boards that were every hazardous. The under part of the home was a mess, debris everywhere, there has been no attention paid to keeping this space nice or clean in any way. The outside siding was rotting and pealing off all around the balcony areas, and was an eyesore. The kitchen was extremely disorganized and could definitely use some new pots and pans. We would not rent this home again.

Beautiful home with a perfect view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spotless when we arrived. The bedrooms are all on one floor, which we loved, and the rooms are very spacious. The layout of the entire home is perfect with the living room and kitchen area right in the middle. The deck can be accessed directly from 2 of the rooms and the living room. Even with temperatures around 95 all week, if we weren't on the beach we were all out on the deck enjoying the view. The boardwalk stretches all the way to the beach and makes it so easy to carry tents, chairs, and coolers without having to fight the sand the whole way. The property managers are outstanding and contacted us before we arrived to introduce themselves. I can't recommend this home enough. We will be back!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and supplied, and perfect location. Private access to the beach and beautiful views out the back of the home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our party of 9, and the kitchen and living space had plenty of room for all of us. Cheri, the property manager, was available to answer our questions and made wonderful suggestions from bike rentals to restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Sawgrass Pointe

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine about the house EXCEPT the carpet in the bedrooms most notably the Master Bedroom and one other had extensive stains from pet excrement. The house should never have been put on the market under this condition , as it is certainly a health problem. The carpet needs replacing before renting it again!

Best house ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this house for 5 years. We love the one story layout with our older parents. There is a great kitchen with storage. The screened in porch is like you are on the beach. Finally the board walk makes beach access so much easier. The rental agent as very responsive. The only thing I I would change is making one of the sofas a fold out bed as our kids have outgrown the bunk beds.

Just can’t beat this beach location and clean house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m super picky on cleanliness and that is why we picked this place. This pictures show a nice clean well kept house and it truly is. The house is clean!!! I love the extra touches they have done to make it a comfortable stay, especially the well stocked kitchen, some beach toys. The boardwalk to the beach is an added bonus that not all homes have there. The house layout is great for two families. I do not usually stay places twice but I could see coming back with my sister’s family. Only suggestion would be to add a foam topper to the beds, otherwise you can’t go wrong. Book now!!!

Wonderful Vacation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Sawgrass Pointe was wonderful!! The house was beautiful and VERY clean! The property manager communicated well with us and let us know as soon as the house was ready so we were able to get in an hour earlier than anticipated. The house is very spacious and is perfect for two families. Bonus that its all on one level!! We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 kids and we never once felt like we were on top of each other or that we needed more room. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you could need to cook with. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee! Being directly on the beach is so nice and convenient. The only recommendations I could make would be to add a ceiling fan to the screened in porch and maybe a mattress topper for the master bed. Other than those 2 small things everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

Just a view recommendations....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was amazing, but I do have a few suggestions for improvement. First, the beds were not completely made. They put on the fitted sheet but not top sheet, so you were up against the comforter. When we arrived, there was a huge cockroach on the kitchen counter and one on the kitchen floor so I was a little nervous about bugs. Also, I would recommend more bathroom towels. In the bedroom that sleep 4, the bathroom only had two bath towels. Overall, we had a blast and the views are breath taking.
Svar från VrboOwner 25 apr. 2024
We appreciate your feedback Ashley. The cleaning company does provide top sheets (perhaps you didn't notice it pulled up to the top of the mattress under the pillows). They also provide enough towels for the occupancy of the home (occupancy is 10 and they leave 12 sets of towels). The home is on a mandatory pest control program and is treated regularly. An extra treatment has been requested. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you had an amazing vacation at Sawgrass Pointe! Coastal View Vacations
