The home had a great view with nice amenities. It’s also walking distance to a stop for the free bus to town and the resort, which is really nice.

Beautiful Stay in Fraser

Michael & Shannon were great hosts. Communicated in a timely manner and checked to make sure everything was going well. The house was extremely clean upon checking in. Instructions for anything around the house simple and easy to follow. The house was extremely comfortable for our larger group. The real star of the show was the proximity to the Black Line which takes you to and from Winter Park Resort with ease. Our group used it for transportation to and from the resort and to go to dinner at night. You can use the Lift Rider App to see when buses will arrive. We will definitely be back for another group ski trip!

Perfect Home for a Weekend Ski Trip with Friends

Michael and Shannon’s property was perfect for myself and our group of friends. The listing is just as advertised. Check in was completely seamless, and Michael was incredibly communicative. The location was perfect for our ski trip, and the house provided the perfect atmosphere to spread out and relax after a long day on the slopes.

Amazing for families!

We booked this location for our family to stay at for a weekend of sledding, Christmas tree cutting and family fun! The property was a perfect fit! Everyone had their own bedroom and the basement provided a wonderful separate area for the teens. We enjoy cooking so it was great to have a kitchen not only well stocked but well labeled. It snowed almost the entire weekend - just good luck, but the main living area is surrounded by large windows which was perfect to watch the snow fall and enjoy hot cocoa with the fireplace going. Truly a perfect mountain home ( and lots of parking) Cannot wait to stay again.

Family friendly beautiful Home.

This house is perfect for families. It has so much space and beds. We loved having adult space upstairs and a teen area down stairs. So many beds that know one needs a blow up mattress. The hot tub is pure perfection after a long day on the slopes. The views were perfect too! Super easy check in and super easy check out. Owners were amazing and got back to us immediately with any questions. We visited during March Madness and were so happy that they didn’t scrimp on the TV channels. We were even able to record games when we were on the slopes! 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Place for Extended Family Gathering!

Michael & Shannon-- Our family had a terrific time at your house! We so appreciated the many things you have done to make it welcoming, super-clean, uncluttered, and cozy! Many of the games were put to good use, and the triple bunk was a massive hit with my grandsons who are 3, 5 and 7. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. We loved that we all had our wonderful bedrooms to retreat to when we needed down time, but we also enjoyed our together time in your kitchen/dining/living room area. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked. It made our preparation of Thanksgiving dinner and other meals no problem at all. Last, we appreciated your very quick responsiveness to our questions. We will definitely plan a return trip!

Perfect home for large family reunion

Our weekend stay with extended family couldn't have been more perfect. Plenty of space for adults and children to relax and enjoy quality time together. Hosts were excellent communicators, very accommodating to our needs. House was very clean, newly renovated, and kitchen was well stocked. There is also additional seating on the deck for dining. Beautiful views. The house is centrally located for hiking, biking and getting into town. I am a frequent flier with vrbo, I highly recommended this property!

Perfect for our group

Great location; only 10 minutes to the slopes, with restaurants and groceries even closer. Perfect size for 4 couples. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There was room for many more kids, too, with the bunkbeds, so maybe we'll bring them next time. Or maybe not.

Great place to stay for a Big Group

The house was very lovely, spacious and clean and great for groups. The kitchen came really well stocked for cooking and the only thing we wished we had was a tea kettle and more seating. We loved how cozy the living room is and the views from the hot tub are phenomenal. The check in was very easy and Michael was very communicative. The location is close enough to Winter Park Resort, so if you have a car it’s great. I do not recommend taking the shuttle at all; It was such a hassle, the app times are not accurate, and uber or lyft is nonexistent here. I was told by a Winter Park Resort staffer that the shuttles are operating less frequently right now due to a lack of employees and ride shares impossible. We partly booked this house due to the proximity to the shuttle, so that was a disappointment but not the fault of Michael or Shannon at all, but definitely worth considering. We had to make several trips to the resort with one small car to transport our big group, so I recommend making sure you won’t need the shuttle or look into if things change. We really enjoyed our time here and think big groups will have a blast, I’d say book It if you can! My only recommendation is that for how expensive the nightly premium is the check in time is so late and the check out very early, plus there is a lot of check out instructions to follow. I’d recommend giving renters some slack or putting a day between to turn over the place so customers feel they get their time and moneys worth. Keep up the awesome job, thank you!

Winter park

I’ve stayed at quite a few rental properties where the pictures made the rental look far better than it actually was. This one was the opposite. House was fantastic, clean, updated, and close to all the attractions around Winter Park. Plenty of space for families to either hang out together or separate for some quiet time. Roads were clear and easy to travel. Would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful home with mountain views!

We had two families share this house together and it was great due to all the bedroom, bathrooms and sleeping options. Plus the kids had their own gathering room on the basement - and had tons of fun while the adults enjoyed spending time on the main floor. Really beautiful views of the mountains. The owners were super helpful and responsive ahead of and during our stay. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable - from the towels right by the hot tub to suggestions and area recommendations for our stay. Great stay!

Perfect house has it all

This house had everything you could possibly need. Great new and modern feel with amazing views. Everything is setup for an easy stay from the hot-tub to the amenities in the kitchen.

This property has amazing mountain and valley views, yet is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Fraser. Don't want to walk? No problem. It's a quick drive or bus ride to many local attractions. Oh, speaking of the bus, we are only 20 yards from the local black line bus route.
