This place was amazing for our group. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of beds for 3 families and separate spaces for the kids to hang out while the adults relaxed in the main living room. The kitchen was well stocked up with everything you could possibly need to cook for a large group. Plenty of everything for the entire group.

Perfect for large group!

This home was located very close to the grocery store and also the shop where we rented our skis. Very easy to stop by either on a daily basis. The home had plenty of space for our large group. The layout worked well for hanging out or working in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING place!!

This property is gorgeous with a great view of the mountains from the back porch. Everything was clean and updated and nicely decorated and super cozy. We didn’t have a single issue while we were here. Lee, the activities coordinator, was amazingly helpful in planning all our excursions and giving recommendations for places to go. I highly recommend staying here!

Great space for large family gathering. Roomy bedrooms, comfortable beds. Easy 15 min drive to ski

Very accommodating space for 15 persons. We had concern with coolness of home, but running fireplace constantly and using space heaters in bedrooms solved this issue. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We would gladly visit this home again!

Great Ski Spot

My group of friends and I had an amazing time. There was more than enough room for the 16 of us. We had great meals in with more than enough appliances and nice to have a grocery store so close. Getting to the mountain was very easy and only took us ~15 minutes to drive there (with free parking). Everything we needed was very close. We all loved the hot tub and games that were around the house. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great Location

Great location and right by the pickup spot for bus to the ski resort. Downside is there is no central heat downstairs. It is kept warm with space heaters. One bedroom downstairs does have a baseboard heater. Lots of deferred maintenance that needs taken care of.

The place was just okay.

We had issues with the bathroom in the basement and the linens were not all cleaned and checked. The place needs a lift with some new fixtures and door locks. Not much of a view. A little over priced but comfortable and the owners are very nice.

Hi Lacey, Thank you for the feedback on our home! We have replaced the living room furniture and the dining furniture. We also replaced all bedding and sheets with new. We did have microfiber sheets that things "stuck" to after laundering. It did require us to lint roll every sheet, and did not alway's appear freshly laundered. We have replaced those sheets with new 100% cotton so we don't run into those issue's anymore. Not sure what issues you experienced in the basement bathroom, but we did do extensive checks of the home, so anything you may have experienced are now be corrected. Again, thank you for choosing our home for your stay! Thanks, Lacey

Good house but has some issues

The house was pretty good and all the king beds were great. But issues were as follows: hot tub constantly broke and had to be reset (power off/on), ceiling leak in the kitchen, fire place is impossible, and several pillows smelled like wet dot

Great Location!

This property was in a perfect location for our group of 18 (8 adults + 10 kids). Easy to get to, super close to the grocery store and an short drive into Winter Park to ski. There was plenty of room for our group although we could have used another bathroom, but we managed to share just fine ;) Management was responsive and friendly. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. When we moved couch cushions it was a bit scary and things like light fixtures and decor needed a good dusting/cleaning. Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it to a larger group of skiers!

Great Place for large families

We stayed with family after attending a wedding. A couple of things weren’t working. Ice was not available from the refrigerator door, but we could get it from the ice maker. The fireplace would not come on. We contacted management but no one came out. The upstairs bedrooms do get warm. We were thankful for the fan in the closet.overall, a great location and it met our needs.

Our Thanksgiving (two weeks early)

We celebrated early because our adult children have "other family" commitments and the price to travel (5 of us from California)is reasonable. We were 9 adults and 3 kids (ages 5, 3 & 3). There was great space. Two bedrooms (king beds) one bath on the top level. One master bedroom (king bed with on suite bath) on the main floor and in the basement one king, separate bath, one king sharing a jack and jill bath with the Kids beds of 4 Queens (2 bunks). And a separate living room with tv for the kids to hang out. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, glasses, and cooking items. Would do again!

Comfortable for couples.

This is a great house. Room for four couples and several kids. King beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Location is very convenient too. My only recommendation for the owners is that they fix the heating in the basement. It was uncomfortably cold to stay down there and that’s where the kids bunk room is. There are space heaters which we used, but with smaller kids, parents were worried the kids would touch them. Also the air mattress was broken so hopefully they’ll replace that. Bummer for the kid who had to sleep on the air mattress that deflated as he slept on it!

We have had the heating issue looked into and we do now have a way to force the heat down to the basement to help warm it up if needed! We'd love to have you back to our home anytime, and thanks again for choosing our home for your stay! Thanks, Lacey
