Snow Dream är en rymlig 3200 kvadratfot hem ligger på .67 tunnland tallskog med utsikt över Continental Divide. Den öppna multi-level planlösning ger allt utrymme en stor grupp behöver för privatlivet eller grupp insamling. Föreställ längdskidåkning, snöskor, eller vandring i en National Forest bara två kvarter från din dörr. Colorado champagne pulver väntar bara några minuter i Winter Park / Mary Jane Resort. Sommaren erbjuder fyra golfbanor, vandring, fiske, cykling, forsränning eller en utflykt till den världsberömda Rocky Mountain National Park. En huvudattraktion under sommaren är lördag kväll rodeo i Fraser.

Efter aktiviteter, koppla av i din privata sju personer badtunna, eller sitta på den soliga däck och besöka med vänner och familj. Winter Dream!

Great place to stay for a full group! The hot tub was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Winter Wonderland

We had an awesome time. Snow Dream was spacious, cozy and had all the amenities for a great Thanksgiving feast (i.e. crock pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc.). Communication was wonderful and Brian was super accommodating. Would love to return!

Great family time!

Snow Dream was the perfect size and location for our family of 14. There were plenty of things for all ages...poker, pool, basket of toys, hot tub, deck, playhouse and firepit. The kitchen was well equipped including dishwasher! Beds were comfy. We saw a bear in the yard the first morning...EXCITING! Brian was a great host...attentive and quick to resolve the issues we encountered. We hope to visit again. Thank you Brian!

Team Camp

It was a great space for our group. There were lots of activities at the house to keep the boys busy while we were there. The location was also great and we were able to enjoy many local trails and activities in town.

Great for Families

We arrived to snow dream with a group of 16, 13 adults and 3 kids (1-8 years old). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again! Pros: Check-in: Easy Spacious: There was more than enough room for our large group to spread out or hang together. There are two full kitchens (main floor and lower level) so we had plenty of space to store food and cook. Entertainment: The TVs were easy to use and the WiFi was strong. There were toys for the little kids, plenty of board games and cards. The pool table and fuseball table were a hit with our group. The hot tub was wonderful during our cold/snowy visit. Location: Close to Winter Park resort and town of Fraser. We did not use the shuttles at all but saw them running regularly. There were plenty of moose sightings during our stay as well! Cleanliness: Overall the house was quite clean and well kept. Cons: Warmth: The main room stayed nice and cozy, especially with the fireplace but the loft area, main level bedrooms and lower level as a whole (main room and bedrooms) were pretty cold at all times. There was one very small space heater located in the lower level. Driveway: We had some issues with the driveway being blocked by plowed snow on arrival but were able to dig out a path. Parts of the driveway were quite slippery with ice for most of our stay. Beds: Guests are asked to strip the beds upon check out which is fine however we noticed that the mattress pads in some of the rooms were stained/dirty.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This beautiful mountain home was just perfect for our large group. The house has pleanty of space and activities for everyone to enjoy. It's in a spacious neighborhood and a quick drive to the slopes. We will definitely be back! Brian was also very responsive to all communications.

What great place, Couldn't ask for better

We loved this home, There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed and more was available. From the game room to the games and puzzles that everyone enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, even spices and oil. The hot tub made it nice to sit out in the freezing weather and watch the snow. We also got to see the local moose and her baby for a few hours. Only 15 minutes to the slopes or less than 5 minutes to Safeway and restaurants. If we have the opportunity I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having such a great place.

Perfect for large family

Snow Dream was perfect for our large family. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of kitchen cookware, hot tub was added bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Small family reunion

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had their own sleeping space, but then there were plenty of communal spaces to eat (we had most of our meals at the cabin), hang out, play games, etc. Also, lots of outdoor space to hang out, hot tub, and play frisbee etc. Great access to Winter Park, fishing ponds just down the street, bike paths, and hiking trails. Great location!

Perfect team bonding location

We had 4 adults and 12 teenagers on our stay as part of a high school cross country team training trip to Winter Park. Every person had a bed to sleep in and never had an issue waiting for bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked and all meals were done at the house. Every person loves the experience and there was never a need to turn on a TV. Highly recommend for a large group if you want to use the space to bond.

Summer family vacation.

Cool mornings started with coffee on the deck watching the sunrise over the mountains. Enjoyed the hummingbirds, magpies, and even crows along with a symphony of songbirds in the background. One morning we were surprised by the appearance of a moose. Everyone was excited to see him. The house accommodated the whole family of 14 and was centrally located for daily activities. In addition, everyone enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. The large tables were great for meals and games. From the useful kitchen to the comfortable beds this property suited us well. The renting process and check in was simple. Brian was as quick to respond to a couple minor issues. And we would recommend Snow Dream for your family get away.

Perfect New Year’s Eve!

This house is picturesque in the snow! Perfect for our group of 12 everyone had their own space and room to spread out! Never waiting on a bathroom. The house was well stocked (dishes etc) making it easy to hangout. Hot tub was perfect after skiing. We drove to the mountain most days only shuttled once (not bad in the morning), make sure you rent a 4 wheel drive car we hadn’t considered the amount of snow we would be greeted with and the driveway was impossible to get up in our van! Our fault though. Can’t wait to come back!

Rubio Family Christmas

The SnowDream is a beautiful property, close to many attractions in both Fraser and Winter Park. We ended up there during the a very cold winter, but it was beautiful. The property is beautiful and Brian stayed in contact before and during our stay. The house is very well stocked! When they say you only need to bring your personal items and food they are not kidding. We loved the SnowDream!! Thank you for a very memorable Christmas for our family!!!

Great family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for our large party, 10 in all. Great location, easy access to a lot of different activities. The hot tub helped our muscles after hiking. We even saw a moose and a fox right next to the house. Would definitely rent this house again.

Weekend of Memories

What a great weekend! Cabin is conveniently located close to grocery store, food, and liquor store. Surrounded by trees, we saw deer and foxes. So much room, comfortably accommodated our group of 15, which included a 2 year old, 5 teenagers, and 9 adults. The 2 kitchens included all the appliances, pots and pans we needed. Communication was also great, we wouldn’t change anything. Great long weekend of memories!

Good stay

Good stay for what we needed. Could use a little up keep in the form of light bulbs and a working microwave (we found out it went out right before our stay), but otherwise no real issues. Deck was nice and plenty of kitchen utensils and we saw a Moose! Thank you for having us.

Very peaceful.

We had a wonderful experience at "Snow Dream". It was perfect for our family reunion of 16 people including 8 grandchildren. The location was very peaceful. We can give "Snow Dream" 5 Stars ! The home owner, Brian, was wonderful in his communication with us.

We were there for a family reunion.

We are all outdoorsy active people. There were plenty of activities ( river rafting, biking, hiking art and craft fair) that we enjoyed. House is in a good location for all that. The hot tub was nice to use at the end of day.

A quiet stay in the woods

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Close to grocery and restaurants while still feeling quiet and in nature. The thing keeping it from 5 stars: no blinds (only sheers) on the bedroom windows. Probably not a problem in winter, but in summer, the whole house was waking up before 6:30.
