Welcome to this beautiful lakefront home in the heart of Livingston, Texas! This 3,500sqft home offers an amazing lake view, with plenty of sleeping space and great amenities. Amenities include ample parking space, pool table, fire/bbq pit, hibachi outdoor grill, and boat dock. Boat launch is one block away. Kayak rentals are available (contact host for more information).

Must be 30+ to book. Not pet friendly. 2 days minimum rental.

Great location, but like crashing at someone’s personal space rather than welcoming vacation rental

Positives: * Great lakefront location * Responsive property managerNegatives: * Poor cleanliness: Dirty & old looking towels, sticky and dirty floors all throughout (our socks were black), oily dishes and dirty cups/glasses in the cabinet that were supposed to be “clean,” dusty pillows and comforters (everyone was sneezing), random leftover foods including expired items, disorganized kitchen with missing utensils and scratched up non-stick cookware (carcinogens!), lots of bugs inside house * Maintenance issues: Broken blinds, loose cabinet doors that we had to tighten in case they fall off, malfunctioning microwave, unidentified peeling debris at bottom of hot water kettle, non-functioning TV, no good dishwasher to use so had to hand wash (which is a lot of dishes for a family gathering) * Uncomfortable amenities: Low-quality sheets (polyester? does not breathe and traps heat/ hot at night), unreliable WiFi, only a couple of toilet paper rolls and trash bags * Safety concerns: Unsecured deck lid falling off, so we had to dive into cold water to save itNumerous cleanliness and maintenance issues, coupled with the uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, significantly detracted from our stay at an otherwise great location. We felt like we had to constantly fix and/or clean things around the house during the stay instead of relaxing. The big stars go to the property manager’s quick responses but there are too many fundamental problems to keep contacting the manager.

Great stay for a working crew

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t have been happier. I was able to reserve this house after another location had canceled my reservation without notice two days before our arrival. The communication with the hosts was great, the home very clean and check out process easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Lake Livingston Weekend

We definitely enjoyed the stay. the house was clean, neat, and fully equipped. the view was great. lots of activities and we did not have to leave the house. the host is very friendly and respond to any question. We all had a blast and definitely we will re-do.

Great home in a great location with lots of space

Beautiful home with lots of space. Suitable for large groups as it has large table, big pans for cooking and bulk size supplies. Kids enjoyed jumping from dock and swinging from hanging rope to lake. Great home.

Big house for a family fun time

14 adults and 8 kids fit perfectly on the lake front property. The dock is right on the back yard and an beautiful back yard. We brought the water bouncy house and the kids loved the wise spaces. Be sure to bring the bug spray. The guys loved fishing. The kids loved it too, the dads caught some baby catfish. We took advantage of the s’mores in the back yard fire pit. The house was fully stocked w condiments towels and toiletries. We did have to wear socks bc the floor was not as clean. Black feet, not an issue for us. We got socks at the store. The space sis perfect for our big family group.

Wedding weekend getaway

This property supplied enough sleeping for our group and enough privacy from neighbors with the patio. Easy access to the water for your boat. Overall it was very nice and clean

Great location very understanding property owner. Very nice place to stay.

I wish I had the capital to purchase this house. It is in a great location. All my family members really enjoyed the weekend together and the memories we shared. It made coming home seem a little like something was missing. Like waking up to see that body of water and only a few steps to great fishing. Thank You Ms. Sonya for your very cool under standing for the mishap. It put me under pressure but your attitude made the difference for me. Thank You Again
