Vårt hem ligger precis vid vattnet med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången!

Njut av en underbar utsikt över sjön från det öppna konceptet vardagsrum / matsal / kök eller när du kopplar av i det rymliga sovrummet / badrummet.

Köket är i full storlek med plats för 8 vid matbordet + 2 på ön.

Spela i den rymliga trädgården, göra s'mores på eldstaden eller bara njuta av en soluppgång och en kopp kaffe på det täckta däck eller den slutna verandan.

Sväng in i sjön på repsvingen eller bara njut av landskapet från båthusdäck med tillgänglig båtlift.

Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It accommodated my family of 10 comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked making it easy to prepare home cooked meals. The game-room style garage was an added bonus! We also enjoyed the neighborhood pickleball court just a short walk away. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this listing 10 out of 10 !!

Awesome House!

We had a great relaxing weekend. The house was clean, we had a cute welcome basket, the house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly to all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio in the mornings overlooking the lake. The boys loved all the games, the gumball machine, the ropes swings off the boat deck and making smores at night. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we'll be back!

Fabulous / Relaxing Vacation Stay

We spent the week here and loved every minute of it! Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and had a nice welcome basket waiting for us. Great fishing, fun swimming and rope swings (beware the deck does get slippery), kids loved the arcade games and gum balls, kayak, fire and smores, games, etc. We will definitely be back later this summer/fall!

We had a great time at the home it was well worth the price the host responded to our questions quickly he was very friendly.The home was very clean and the neighbors were friendly.

Fun with Friends Weekend Getaway

We brought my friends kids for a little weekend escape and the house was PERFECT! They loved all the games and the romp room - the word was - the bunk beds were REALLY comfortable. What a lovely touch with the s’mores basket and everything we needed for a fire.The view is spectacular and the yard is huge - lots of room to play and hang out. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.Thank you! We hope to come back!

Great Getaway

Took the family on a Valentine's Day weekend trip. Host was great with communication. Felt very peaceful and relaxing on the property. Kids all took a cold plunge in the lake and said they want to come back in the summer when it is warmer.

The place with everything

If you’d like to go to a lake house with everything, this is it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many toys and games in one place. We’re already talking about going back with our grandkids. This home has room for everyone and it’s maintained so nicely.

An exceptional stay!

I’ll keep this brief, but there’s so much to say! We celebrated several birthdays with our teens, and it was an amazing experience. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadn’t been, we still would have loved our stay. Stephen was an outstanding host from the moment we booked, promptly answering all my questions. As fellow vacation property owners, we know what makes for a comfortable stay, and this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly has everything—inside and out. The added touches of welcoming snacks, bottled water and a guide for activities and restaurants was much appreciated. There are countless thoughtful activities for kids, teens, and adults alike. Whether swimming or rope-swinging off the dock, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying indoor games like pool, air hockey, basketball, foosball, and arcade games, there’s something for everyone. The selection of board games is impressive! The house itself is comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. We loved the sunroom for sunrise views, the covered deck for meals, and the thoughtfully placed tree swings and rocking chair. The yard was perfect for playing badminton, bocce ball, and frisbee. And THE VIEW! Our favorite time was sunset; it was a stunning surprise that gave us countless beautiful photos by the water. The location in a quiet subdivision is ideal, making this the perfect getaway. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful Host

The host was always very quick to respond to any of our questions and provided ample information about the property and even the surrounding area. They were very understanding, and even kind enough to not rush us out on the last day of our trip, allowing us to pack and leave mostly in our own time— something I especially appreciate.

Ideal location, abundance of amenities to keep the kiddos busy and plenty of room to sit back and relax. Great backyard space. Kids loved the rope swings. Overall great time.

Wonderful property

Our group of 11 adults fit comfortably in this beautiful house by the lake. The owner was extremely helpful, was fast in every inquiry and was always forthcoming with all the information we needed. He allowed us to come in early and offered us to check out late as there was no other party checking in after us. I highly recommend this property. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need!

Staying in luxury and comfort on the lake

We absolutely loved this place! Everything about the house was perfect. We came here with our twin 13yo boys and we all had a fantastic time. The first couple days the lake was too choppy to go out on but it calmed down in time for us to get some real enjoyment on the water and use those fantastic rope swings on the dock (there are two!) The grill needed to be manually lit but that's not really a problem and it cooked the steaks nice and even (making me seem like I actually knew what I was doing.) We used the firepit each night and made some s'mores from the included basket of roasting sticks and necessary materials left on the table for us. My wife and sons went for a run each morning while we were here and they tell me it's a decent running neighborhood, too, with a little up-and-down to give you a bit of a workout. The host, Stephen, sent me a text message and said to call or text if we needed anything. He was very responsive via text on the only two times we really needed anything. The first being that my code didn't work on the front door when we first arrived. But he added it in less than a minute and we were in. The second was that our boys had left something in the house and didn't realize it until we got home. He got back with me immediately and we've worked out a plan. My wife just sees it as a good excuse to go back for another stay soon! Overall it was an absolutely amazing stay and we will choose this place when we return to the lake for more fun!

Back to Lake Livingston after 35 years

This is such a great location and great house with plenty to do for families. It's been 35 years since I've been to Lake Livingston and this time I was able to bring my wife and most of my kids. I caught catfish off the boat dock (water was murkey from all the recent storms, so hard to catch white bass), kids swung off the rope swings, we took a guided fishing tour and caught some big catfish (same storm impact to white bass). The only problem is we didn't stay longer. Stephen was a great help in communicating what's available in the area

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I needed to get away and this was just perfect. Very quiet neighborhood! The property had way more than the 2 of us could do. It would be great for a family with kids. They had a video arcade game machine that had tons of games on it and a garage full of games as well. It truly is just like the pictures, except the gum ball machine was not there. The only thing that I would suggest is bringing paper goods and foil/ziplocks with you. The pantry has spices and condiments, but no paper goods. I usually bring those but forgot this time but it wasn't a problem. They have plenty of dishes. Everything was great and we would rent this property again!
