All Decked Out has everything you need to enjoy your next vacation at Lake Martin! This cabin-style home is in The Village of Kowaliga Bay! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is beautifully decorated and features open, airy living spaces. The galley kitchen features a breakfast bar, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and the two indoor living areas (one with a fireplace!) offer plenty of space for everyone. Tucked behind the kitchen is a fabulous wet bar and stacked washer and dryer for convenience.

The split floor plan features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom on one side; and on the other side you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 sets of bunk beds with a shared hall bathroom. The outdoor living areas let you escape to the woods. The screened-in porch out back is a wonderful feature and leads to the open-air porch with a dining table and gas grill - perfect for a BBQ dinner! The indoor and outdoor smart TVs have YouTube TV. **WIFI is Verizon WIFI and is not always reliable. Hotspots work well if you have one!**

The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community equipped with a clubhouse and pool, boat slips, boat ramps, a fitness center, and more! On-site boat storage is available for your use if needed. For larger groups, this home is in the same community as these other 360 Destinations properties: Blue Moon, Jessamine Cottage, Lake Daze, Landshark, and Simple Pleasures.

Weekend at Lake Martin

It was a good place for a short weekend. The pool for the littles (18 mo 20 mo and 3yo ) was perfect. The only real shortcoming was that there was no table where we could have a family meal. 4 adults would work great but we had 6 and 3 babies. We had a great time on the lake with one daughter looking at properties on her way out of town.

Amazing property with short distance to the boat dock and swimming pool. Would highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave.

All in all, a nice visit

Everything was as advertised. Neat, clean and orderly. The beds were very comfortable. The cookware left a little bit to be desired for anyone who takes cooking seriously.

More negatives than positives unfortunately

House was difficult to find. No address on house to identify the property. No internet access and that was known to be a problem with owner but not disclosed. Outdoor porch was a large space but was unusable due to dirt on furniture and windows. Inside was clean and nicely maintained.

Bad Customer Service and Lacking Cleanliness

We arrived during a rain storm and attempted to enter the property with the instructions provided and were unable to do so. I called the property manager, Libby Silverman, and her voicemail was full. I texted her and when she called back she said she’d “tried” to set the code via Wi-Fi. Obviously it didn’t work which should’ve alerted her to the fact we had no Wi-Fi. I contacted her daily about this problem and it was not resolved until late Saturday afternoon. We arrived on a Thursday. Unacceptable! The cabin was nice but the porch was covered in pollen and cobwebs. The toilets had rings in the bowls. It was obvious it had not been cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen was not properly stocked (no pans, toaster, tea pot etc.) and trying to get information from Libby ahead of time regarding the type of coffee pot was completely unsuccessful. The hall bathroom had a broken toilet seat and the queen bedroom duvet had a nasty stain. She knew about both of these issues and said it would be corrected AFTER we left. We also had an issue with roaches and we left no food out. Libby, the property manager, lacks responsibility and attention to detail. For the cost to rent this cabin, we expected much better service and accommodations. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and it was nicely decorated. However, we will not stay there again.

Perfect for our group

We needed a place for one night for a group f high school seniors. This rental provided all we needed. The home was super clean, the listing was spot on, and the renters were readily available. I would highly recommend this home!!
