Stoneview Summit erbjuder de bästa bekvämligheterna och utsikten över sjön Martin !!! Denna lägenhet är en marknivå promenad ut bra område för BBQ, spel, fotboll, etc. precis vid vattnet. Stora solnedgångar från vardagsrum, matbord, uteplats och master. Har en stor pool med vattenrutschbana, granit, trägolv, inomhus / utomhus spisar, rostfria apparater och inbyggd mikrovågsugn. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Master bad har dubbla handfat, trädgård badkar, duschkabin och stor garderob.

Queen size-säng i master, drottning i sovrum två med en futon och queen size-säng och futon sovrum tre. Andra bekvämligheter båtlipa och fullt lager kök.

Minimikvällar för semester varierar (se priser) för nyår, påsk, tacksägelse, jul, arbetsdag, minnesdag och självständighetsdag. Stora sommarsemester kräver 7 dagars bokning.

HUVUDTRAKTIONER: Båtliv, fiske, simning, middag på en av fyra restauranger på sjön, golf, tennis, park för barn med lekplats etc.

Stoneview Summit is a great complex with nice amenities in a good location. This condo was nicely appointed and is easy to access as an end unit on the bottom floor. The place was fairly clean, but there are maintenance needs that are overdue - like sinks that don't drain and a master shower with missing grout and extensive mildew. The property manager wasn't particularly responsive to my pre-stay inquiries, but we were able to figure things out on our own. Internet wifi wasn't working upon arrival, but resetting the modem (located in the master bedroom) fixed the issue. Check in time is late and checkout is early -- inconveniences that take away from the experience a little. Also, although there is no mention of it in the property description, boats and trailers cannot be parked anywhere in the Stillwaters complex. Some online sources suggested trying nearby Harbor Pointe Marina, but a call to them revealed that no such option is available there. Through my own research, I found a storage facility near the Stillwaters Hwy 49 gate that will happily accommodate your trailer for a reasonable fee. In the end, we enjoyed our stay and were overall pleased with this property.

Outstanding Vacation Spot!

This condominium is an AWESOME place to stay. Nice rooms, nice furnishings, a great view of the lake, and you can walk out of your living room right to your own boat dock. We will do this again!

Sooo peaceful!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for 3 generations. There are winderful amenities but honestly, we just enjoyed the scenary, fishing, playing on the grass right off the patio and eating on the patio. The sunsets were gorgeous. We even enjoyed a little swimming despite it being a little cold. Great time and hope to return!

Best View on the Lake

We rented this unit and a second unit from the same owner. This condo is nicely decorated and has a great walk-out to a large green space, like having your own private backyard. Grreat views and very nice accommodations. StillWaters Resort and the golf course has been recently upgraded and looks the best it has in 15 years. Owner is great to work with - I would HIGHLY recommend this unit.

Lake Martin Family Vacay 2022

We have stayed in this complex for the last five or six years of our annual family vacations. This was our first year in this unit. We LOVED the ability to walk out our door and be on the beautifully landscaped walkway to our boat. The unit is so well equipped and was very clean. Just wish it had one more bathroom. Our grands love the pool but our favorite place to be is on the lake!

Fabulous Location in Still Waters

This was our first time renting in Still Waters. The condo was clean, spacious, and stocked. The owner gave great instructions of what to bring and what is provided. The distance to the dock was nice. We were able to store our jet ski nicely on an outer dock which made it easy to get in and out of. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed to have everything you would need. Unit was very close to the pool. Great views from the master suit of the lake. We will certainly come again.

My husband and I rented in Stoneview Summit at Lake Martin for several years prior to buying our own. We live in Birmingham now, but have loved all over the country seeking the best lakes we could find for boating. There is no better place than Lake Martin!!!

This is our second unit in Stoneview Summit. We bought this one because of its preferred location to the boat dock, pool and large common area. Best unit on the complex. We love Lake Martin and Stoneview Summit is the best property on the lake in our opinion. We love bringing our family and friends to Stoneview Summit. This walk out unit is special, convenient to the pool, outside fireplace and boat dock.
