Vardagsrummet har också utsikt över sjön. Det finns en staplad sten spis med en 50 "platt-TV.

Köket är välutrustat och borde ha mest allt du behöver för att laga mat.

Det andra och tredje sovrummet har utsikt över sjön och drottningssängar. Det fjärde sovrummet har en full säng.

Det finns ett rymligt däck med bekväma möbler och ett gazebo med utsikt över sjön. Det är en underbar plats att koppla av med ditt morgonkaffe, njuta av din middag eller äta cocktails efter middagen. Du kan välja ett kol- eller gasgrill. Vi har en privat båtlåda med 150 fot vid vattnet.

Awesome family weekend

Great location and view. Perfect place for docking fishing boat and swimming. The porch was enjoyable for grilling. We had a great time.

Great for toddlers and dogs! Plenty of room

Beautiful property and house. Pleanty of room for my family of 7 plus an infant. I loved that the deck as it was completely fenced for the dogs and 1 year old.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place to stay and have fun in the lake. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us to be in this area but we would definitely stay here again if we have a reason to find ourselves at Lake Martin again. If you find yourself wanting Mexican food while you’re there, Burrito Corner is a cute little Mexican restaurant in an unexpected location. Highly recommended!

Our honeymoon here was amazing!

We had an amazing time here on our honeymoon! We swam, fished (caught one catfish), layed out, relaxed under the gazebo, cooked out on the grill,.etc. It's close to several good restaurants and cute little stores. It is decorated so cute and is very roomy. Owner is very responsive.

This property was exactly as described. It was everything we needed for a family vacation. The driveway is intimidating, but it is not as scary as it looks! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very Nice

Would definitely stay again. With the dock being back off the channel it's a perfect place to overnight and leave the boat in the water without having to be concerned about it taking a beating from the wake of other boats. If you get an opportunity to stay here, book it. It will not disappoint.

Nice

Very clean and loved the location on the lake. The drive was a little steep and scary at first but we got used to it. No towels and no water toys so be prepared to bring your own (owner does make that known). Overall great time and would definitely return!

Wonderful lakefront home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Lake Martin. Everything you need is here to enjoy the natural surroundings. The home is located in a quiet cove and convenient to many area restaurants, Marinas and boat launches. The home is very well outfitted for grilling, cooking and relaxing! We will definitely be back. :)

Absolutely Perfect ! !

Our yearly "Brother's Weekend" ended up at Lake Martin this year instead of the beach. This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. More spacious than pics give credit for. Lots of shade & privacy. Very clean. Owner responds within minutes with precise anwers & super nice. Looking forward to staying here again!! Thank you for sharing your little oasis with the Watkins Family !!

Great place to stay! Exactly like the pictures. Nestled in a quiet cove, lovely dock and steps into the lake. Cozy place to relax. Very clean! Although it is mentioned in the listing, bring your own towels! Owner was great to work with and very responsive. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Family Lake Vacation

A beautiful property. Everything was exactly like the pics and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful family get together. The kayaks were a definitely plus! We enjoyed getting out on the lake. There are several hiking trails nearby with varying difficulty levels. At the end of the day (and every morning for coffee) the whole family enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. Linda was a great host! Answered questions quickly, even on the holiday! Great property and a great vacation for all!

Nice relaxing time

My husband, myself and 3 kids spent 6 days there hanging out on the water. We brought kayaks and used the dock a lot. It was very nice to sit out on the covered deck and eat meals and drink coffee. Everything you need to hang out is there at the house. The driveway is VERY steep and there is not a lot of room to turn around, so keep that in mind. Once you get used to the driveway it isn't that bad.

Memories for a lifetime

Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was stocked with all essential items. Linda, our host was awesome during the whole process prior to booking and after. She replied promptly and was very informative. We celebrated two birthdays and had an engagement during our trip and the location and house were perfect! Our favorite part was the dock! We would throw a float in the water and just relax for hours. Linda’s home is absolutely beautiful and I am so appreciative that we were able enjoy our stay at Lake Martin there. I highly recommend this property and especially Linda!

The house was just what we wanted; very clean and well appointed.

I would stay here again. We only had two small issues: 1. Access to the house: we arrived at 9:00pm and the owner had not given us the code. Once she received my texts and voice mails, she called me right away. 2. We started to wash the sheets as requested, but there was no laundry soap. Otherwise, this place was wonderful and quiet!

Our family lives in South Florida. About 28 years ago some friends of ours built a home on Lake Martin. They invited us up over the summer for a couple years and we got hooked. Lake Martin is our little piece of heaven on earth. It is where I go to recharge. There is just something so peaceful about sitting on the deck and having your morning coffee and just enjoying the great view.

We have had our paradise on the lake for about 20 years. There are so many memories with family and friends that are priceless. My sons enjoy tubing, skiing and wakeboarding. Of course there is always the thrill of jumping off Chimney Rock. Chuck's Marina is a nice little place to get away with friends and enjoy the music and pizza.

We have packed picnic lunches and gone up to Wind Creek State Park or sometimes just pick an island, kick back and relax.
In the evening when things quiet down 'the older folks' sometimes just go out for a quiet sunset cruise and admire some of the absolutely gorgeous homes.

We feel very blessed to have our little place on the lake and it is gratifying that we can help other families have wonderful memories also. Our home in Florida is a little over 600 miles from our lake home, a lot of the locals are surprised that we drive so far, but it is worth every mile.

We are located toward the end of a cove. It is quiet and peaceful because there are only a handful of homes past ours. It is safe to swim yet we are just a few minutes from the big water and all the action. A short bat ride to Chuck's Marina, The Ridge Marina, Goat Island and Chimney Rock.
