Denna Greenslake stuga totalrenoverades och är vacker inuti. Köket har barstolar så det är bekvämt att samlas runt köket. Nya skåp, vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit gör detta kök en glädje att laga mat i. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och utsikt över lagunen. Renoverade badrum inkluderar en duschkabin för befälhavaren.

Njut av en dryck eller två på skärmen verandan och däck med utsikt över lagunen. Det är bekvämt beläget i West Beach Village, nära stranden, poolen och bara en kort cykeltur till Freshfields Village. Immaculate, well appointed cottage with panoramic lagoon view

We loved the cleanliness of our cottage and the beautiful views of the lagoon. We visited in December and the weather was pleasant for walking and biking. We would rent this unit again.

good location to the pool and beach

The property is clean and nicely decorated. However, the location is noisy with the town recycling center (across the lagoon) open to town employees and residents 24/7.

Great location

We had a great stay and when we found the property not well cleaned, the property manager rectified the situation immediately, Susie was wonderful. Great location to beach, fun to watch the animal activity outside the windows over the lagoon!

Our favorite vacation spot

We had a lovely week at this very comfortable, well appointed cottage. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife viewing on the lagoon. Susie is an excellent property manager - I'd stay at any property she manages.

Great Cottage!

We had a great week--the beach on Kiawah is spectacular and seeing the dolphins at low tide was wonderful. We're not golfers, so we spent most of our days in Charleston--it was an easy drive.

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was very spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the porch and watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon. A very quiet and peaceful location. Susie was excellent with communication and helpful in making the vacation perfect.

Family vacation

We have vacationed in Kiawah for many years and this was our favorite property. Very clean upon arrival and excellent communication with property manager. We really enjoyed the roomy screened porch overlooking the lagoon.

Close to beach by bike and nice lagoon view.

Nice property....manager, Susie, easy to communicate with as needed. Two small recommendations..need second bed stand light in front bedroom and rail to front entrance on left as you approach has a nail sticking up and could use sanding. Overall nice property/

Nice House in Kiawah

Nice house and host was very responsive. House next door was being worked on but the contractors didn’t make too much noise, especially early morning. Street is not very well lit if you want to walk at night. Beach is a little bit farther than advertised in the listing, about a 15 - 20 minute, walk depending on how fast you walk, and quicker by bike. Since it was early May, off season, we drove to the nearby condos and parked. (I wouldn’t recommend this regular season as you may get towed). Overall our week was nice and the house is spacious, (Good value for Kiawah Island)

Less than 10-minute walk to beautiful, public beach. Nice and scenic drive into Charleston. Loved screened porch area. Cottage is as described, but nicer!

Repeat Customer

This was our second time renting from Susie and, as previously, the experience did not disappoint! The home was well decorated, clean and comfortable. We truly felt at home in this quiet cottage. Our family prefers to eat in for almost all of our meals while on island, and this was the best stocked kitchen of all the properties we have rented over the years (and that has been nearly a dozen). There were also plenty of fluffy white towels for our family. I would happily rent from Susie again if one of her properties is available for our next stay. She was a pleasure to work with!

Peaceful getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful/quiet location. We loved viewing the wildlife from the screened in back porch with our coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The property is clean, with many thoughtful details. We enjoyed riding our bikes around the island and to Beachwalker Park. Would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing!

I rent homes often for vacations so I’m picky about where I stay. This villa exceeded all my expectations. It’s bigger than the pictures portray, better view from the back porch, has had a quality upgrade, and the air conditioner worked perfectly even in August! Susie was awesome!! We will be back. 😎👍

Perfect spring getaway

My husband and I were looking for a low key beach destination not too far from Maryland. 1233 Greenslake Cottage was perfect for us to enjoy the beach, bike paths, nearby kayaking, and see Charleston. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Loved watching the fish jump in the pond. Hope to return.

Nice Villa!

This 2 bedroom condo sits on a nice small pond, which is bustling with activity. The condo has been updated with new bathrooms, granite countertops, and nice furniture. It’s near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed this quiet, comfy condo.

Relaxing!

We had a very relaxed trip. Enjoyed the screened porch and the wildlife pond view. The cottage was well equipped. The beach was really nice but a little far walking with chairs and such. I would take a cart next time or drive and park at the county park. The management company was excellent to work with and very responsive and helpful.
