Denna nyrenoverade ett sovrum, ett badrum, villa i effektiv stil ligger i West Beach Village. Det är mittemot det nybyggda konferenscentret och Cougar Point Golfbanes helt nya klubbhus och restaurang. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök och en platt-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Trådlöst finns samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Ta en kort fem minuters promenad eller snabb cykeltur så kommer du att befinna dig vid havets utkanten på ingen. Det finns 10 miles av härlig strand att njuta av och du kan cykla precis på den hårda packade sanden.

Vistelser som börjar den 1 mars 2020 på 3 till 21 nätter kommer med en värdefull kredit att använda för att hyra strandredskap! Kreditbeloppet för denna fastighet är $ 200. Only issue was that I saw a review from two months prior that the toilet wouldn’t flush right, and I wrongly assumed this would be fixed, and it wasn’t. So, the fact that owner should have addressed this issue weeks ago, I cannot recommend.

Super Satisfied Stay!

Lovely and well-stocked and very clean condo - great location, beautiful island, loved riding our bikes on the beach and many paved trails. Pond fountain was bit noisy and detracted from the serenity of the porch. (Kiawah lacked ethnic/racial diversity.)

Great location for conference and new h

This unit is the perfect location for conference attendees at the beautiful West Beach Conference Center. It’s is right next door to conference center and across street from beach access. Downside is the bathroom is a little small and the air conditioning kept the main living area cool but not the bedroom. Other downside is this unit did not include access to pools on the island which was a bummer for our 5 yr old. Overall we would consider staying here again.

I would highly recommend this location and everything we needed was provided. Nice having a equipment rental credit as well. Only thing I would like to see is the fees seem a little bit too high but I think that could be said for most vacation rentals during this covid19 era. Thanks!

Not only was the unit updated and decorated well, it had all the amenities we needed included washer/dryer, wonderful shower, dishwasher, stove and full fridge, but it was also incredibly clean! The location was ideal that it was close to the beach, a short 1 minute walk across the street, and close for a short drive to many food options. There was ton of wildlife that we saw daily including dolphins, deer and birds! We cannot wait to be back with the proper equipment to watch the baby turtles leave their nest and go to the water. We will definitely be back!

The entire place has been recently redone and has a wonderful open feel, very spacious for a one bedroom, and we really enjoyed the screened porch. The clean was excellent which, especially during Covid, is so important. ESPM was very good at communicating and were easy to work with, I'd definitely rent through them for future rentals on the island.

We arrived to find our villa selection was not cleaned. Dirty linens and towels there. Was told there was a mix up and had to be moved to another property that was not great. We missed not having a screened porch and it was farther from beach. Highly disappointing.
