Great Location/Quiet Neighborhood

We spent New Year here great location to Pier Park, Restaurants, and shopping. You can walk to the grocery store/strip mall through the neighborhood. The layout of the house is spacious and would work well for 6 adults. Communication was excellent with the owner. We had no issues so communication was for instructions on how to check in and what needed to be done for checking out.

Great house space for a family

The house is great in relation to space and area close to the public beach but definitely needs to improve their cleaning company. Some dishes were kind of dirty inside the cabinets or not clean properly and the back patio was really dirty that I felt uncomfortable sitting their. I think if you get a better cleaning company, his house will be perfect. Another thing , I really think somebody is actually permanently living in this house because there were a lot of clutter inside the cabinets and closets….

Things are not as they sreem

The house was nice HOWEVER if you rent this place beware. The garage is NOT included. And it isn’t annotated in the description. The owner thinks the garage is considered an amenity but it isn’t. And he doesn’t mention ANYTHING about it not able to use it. Also if you want to use the grill make sure you bring you own propane. It looks like a full bottle but is completely empty. As far as the propane fire pit, it had enough propane to burn for no longer than 5 minutes. Also be careful in the master bathroom shower. The rain shower head fell apart and we spent the next 30 minutes fixing it. Also the pictures of the front of the house must have been taken with a panoramic lens. The driveway appears to be quite long, however, in reality it may be 30 feet long. If you have a motorcycle and attend Thunder Beach Rally, I DO NOT recommend this house.

Enjoyable Stay

This home provided ample space. Has a nice outside space. Towels were of good supply. Not too far from Pier Park entertainment. Movie Theater and golf cart rentals. Shopping and Parks are also near by. The host were responsive.

Very Nice

The property was very nice. It suited my families needs. It was close to Pier Park. Publix is right across the street along with CVS. Beds were comfortable.

Very Enjoyable week

We had a very restful week. The house was close enough to Lake Powell that I walked our dogs there every morning. Also enjoyed proximity to State Park. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
