Our little slice of Heaven is located in Mariner’s Landing resort community with a stunning lakefront view. This quaint little condo also provides access to a wide range of amenities within Mariner’s Landing, including access to two outdoor pools, one indoor pool (*pools subject to seasonality!*), a world class 18-hole golf course designed by the famous Trent Jones (course fees not included), tennis courts, community gym, The Landing Restaurant & Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro.

Great stay at Mariners Landing

We had a wonderful time. Our condo was everything we hoped for with a great view of the lake. Our hosts were very helpful and answered all of my annoying questions. We would definitely stay again!!!

We used SML as a quick rest point during a road trip to visit with friends. Very nice and great price.

Relaxing

What a great view of the lake from the balcony. It was off season so the area was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was well equipped for our needs.

2nd stay at same property

We stayed in this condo last summer and couldn't wait to go back and do it again this summer. Very clean comfortable property, with plenty of amenities nearby. Very family and pet friendly resort. Host was extremely quick to respond and very helpful navigating check in and check out procedures. We will most likely be visiting again next summer!

Beautiful SML spot

We were impressed with this clean, well appointed condo. Everything was extremely easy - communication with the owners was smooth and they were very kind and accommodating. The exquisite view off the balcony is the best part!

Small but wonderful

Wonderful single night stay in complex we’d stayed in before. Grateful that a single night was an option as we had a reservation nearby cancelled by a host and needed to patch together a solution for part of our guest party. Always love Mariners Landing! Would definitely choose this one again!

Wonderful Condo

Wonderful stay, the condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and communication was clear. Easy to check in with lockbox. Location was great, its right at the entrance of the building on the ground floor. View is beautiful.

Easy enough

Nice condo with all the amenities of home. 1st floor convenience made it easy to load and unload the car. Access to the marina right outside the door. Excellent timely communication from the host. Great option for a quick getaway.

Great Get Away!!

Communication prior to, during and following our trip was outstanding. The condo was clean and comfortable. The property was great and very pet friendly. Bottles and bites had incredible food and great service. The landing was probably one of the best restaurants my family and i have ever dined at. 10 of 10 do it again!!

An Opportunity to Unwind

I recently visited Mariner's Landing with a friend. We both brought our dogs to this pet friendly community. The check in process was a breeze and the hosts were responsive through the VRBO app. The condo had a nice view of Smith Mountain Lake. We spent the week relaxing by the pool. There are plenty of lake activities including access to a boat slip. Golfers and pickleball players are accomodated as well. Two thumbs up!
