Clean and cozy condo overlooking SML. Queen size bed, full sofa, air mattress available if needed, large TV with Dish Network. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, refrigerator, plastic glasses and bowls and most all utensils. Parkway Marina is within walking distance, they have a store and they rent pontoon boats, with their permission boats can be docked at Belview overnight. Private pool with some shade. Community grill . The fir pit on property is for home owners only and it’s a two pet limit

Relaxing Stay

I was in town for the annual triathlon and this was the perfect place to rest before and after the event. Quiet and comfortable.

Great location!

Close to swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking. Rickey made check-in easy, even with flight delays. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Amazing Getaway Weekend on SML

This property is perfect. Clean and organized with everything you could need, an easy check in process, and a very communicative host! The condo is well furnished with a cute waterfront balcony (chairs provided!) and has everything you need (coffee, mugs, dishes, ice maker, cable TV, dvd). The pool also has plenty of seating options as well as a covered pergola with patio furniture that’s perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets on the lake. Fire pit on the property is very nice. Overall, the condo is a quiet and centrally located spot for a perfect trip to the water. We will absolutely be back.

Great, cozy condo with amazing lake views!

The condo was exactly as described and was even better in person. The host, Rickey is the best. He responded quickly to all our questions and provided all the information we needed for the condo and the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and we’ll definitely be back! The property is itself a good. But the website doesn't have enough information to state what is available (crockery, iron, tea) and what is not available (like soaps, coffee) and how far the nearest grocery store is.

Wonderful stay

Property was just as described. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice and updated bathroom and kitchen and all basic necessities. AC worked great and check in process very simple. Need updated pictures to show new furniture and updates! :) We’ll be back :)

Beautiful location

We loved the condo and location. Everything was clean and it was the perfect space for our weekend vacation. The only issue I had was getting the wifi to work. The username and password did not work. Other than that though it was a fantastic spot!

Beautiful & perfect setting!!!

Our visit to the condo was perfect! Location is ideal & unit is very cozy & comfortable. Looked small in the photos but we were pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Check in & entry was easy & Rickey was quick to answer any questions we had. He was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay for an addl night. Marina is down the street, easy for us to have water access for our boat. Loved it!!! Hope to visit again soon…

This was a very great stay AND we could bring our 4 leg Child it was Awesome the property was great!

We loved the fact that Our entire family could come that’s including Our 4 keg Baby; the tile complete throughout the Hotel Luke experience made it Awesome! With dog babies that makes it so easy to clean afterwards AND we Loved the Lake! We rented a Pontoon from Parkway Marina AND that made our 4 night trip complete! We’re planning our next getaway and this is the first place we’re gonna check for booking! 🤗❤️

Good stay with caveats - recommended

First of all, I would definitely recommend this listing for anyone looking for a reasonably priced and well situated place on Smith Mountain Lake. Parking is great, the condo has everything one needs, and our stay was calm and quiet. That said, complaints about the bed in other reviews are warranted. I think the mattress is just really soft, and my wife and I ended up rolling together every night and did not rest very well. The washer and dryer are not in the actual condo, and I'm not sure that is clear from the listing we saw. There were a couple of small condition issues, and no spare TP. There are some written check out instructions in the condo, but none in the listing. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this listing.

Better than a Hotel/Motel

This was a great place, and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but deer are everywhere, so be aware if you are driving at dusk or later. When we were there, we did have to clean spiderwebs off the porch before sitting out there, and the AC did not chill or condition the air. However, we opened the doors and had some great cross-draft to cool the place down when it was too warm indoors. You are about a 20-30 minute drive from anything other than a gas station and pizza place.

Comfortable, cozy and convenient

We had a lovely weekend at SML in this nicely decorated studio condo with beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. We appreciated all the nice conveniences the owner provided such as soaps, TP, paper towels, linens, and nice bath towels. The kitchen is well-appointed with appliances, cookware, and utensils. The only thing missing was a wine bottle opener, but fortunately we travel with our own. The condo building had plenty of parking, and it was a short walk to the lake. It was just the two of us, but you could accommodate some children if necessary on the provided air mattress. Thanks for a lovely getaway.
