3rd Visit - would come back again!

This property is the perfect base for us. We love being so close to all of the parks as well as lots of restaurants and amenities. Walmart being so close is an absolutely godsend. We would definitely return and use the rest property again.

did not have in the cost if you wanted a heated pool or hot tub it would be 40.00 a day more. and did not state that the showers would only be luke warm.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, on the things that matter to us, such as cleanliness (especially kitchen and bathrooms), comfortable beds and furnishings, having things well stocked (towels, soap, toilet paper in bathroom), kitchenware and utensils, tv’s & wifi, and pool, we were happy. We got value for our money and we were satisfied. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, utensils, even coffee filters. My wife did comment that there wasn’t any salt and pepper or aluminum foil but we really didn’t want for anything when we used the kitchen. There was a nice dining area and a comfortable family room with sofa and a love seat that we used quite a bit. With 7 of us, we would have liked seating for a few more, especially when we watched the Rose Bowl (Go Blue). We also used the pool quite a bit and the pool furniture was comfortable and plenty for every one, including a table and chairs. The pool was cleaned and serviced while we were there. There was some rust on the legs of a pool chair that fell off on the patio, but again, if this is the worst thing that we experienced, it was still a great experience. I needed to communicate with the property manager a few times and they were responsive, including when I couldn’t find the lock box code. I had to send a couple texts to them so that I wouldn’t be charged an extra day for pool heat, but in the end they corrected it. We would rent this property again.

Volleyball Tournament

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and wanted something that was not in the hustle and bustle but near for the early mornings/late evenings. This home was great for that! We practically just sleep here but enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and the safe neighborhood. Overall, the place seemed to have been cleaned but there were issues brought up to the owners which they responded quickly and wanted to send maintenance however we weren’t comfortable with that so we made do. We only had one day for the pool and it had bugs at the bottom so we skipped it. I would definitely return to visit once they renovate the homes however the place was what we needed at the time.

This is a great clean property with a fantastic pool. It’s great for traveling to any parks or the convention center and wind down at night.

Quite paradise

The house is tucked into a quite neighborhood close to every thing needed. Grocery stores, theme parks, shops. Pool is amazing! The heat for the pool at first didn’t work but the property manager was quick to respond and the problem was fixed that very same day! Inside the home was supplied with everything needed for our stay! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Love this place

This home is beautiful. The owner was so kind on our stay. We accidentally broke the toilet lid and I offered to pay for repairs. She had maintenance out very quickly and no charge. Just wanted us to enjoy the stay. The neighborhood is quiet with a corner lot, so the pool was private and fenced in. We will definitely return hopefully in December!
