Sovrummet sviten har en king size-säng, tv och tillgång till poolen. Befälhavaren bad har en duschkabin, en trädgård badkar, dubbel fåfänga och klädkammare.
Den andra master sviten har en queen size-säng, tv, klädkammare och ett privat badrum med badkar / dusch.
Det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar, tv och en klädkammare. Detta sovrum delar ett badrum med badkar / dusch med fjärde barnrummet.

Ok…

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home. This was the least pleasant visit so far. As others have said, the grass needs cut… there was cereal found in one of the bedrooms when we arrived, one of the bathrooms had little dead bugs ALL over the counter and the floor, and the bathroom smelled of urine. (I know it’s Florida and I expect bugs but this was so many). The property manager stopped responding to me before we checked in, I hope they are ok. I asked about pool heat, they gave me a price and I asked them to bill it so we could have heat, never heard from them again. Before then, they took days to respond …

Friends and family vacation

Had friends meeting up with family at Disney parks. My husband had been ill, so we hung out sitting by the pool, and enjoying some of the restaurants in the area.

Cozy home/Quiet neighborhood

House had enough space both in and outside. Pool was great size, rooms were greats sizes and kitchen had everything you needed! Definitely worth it!

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our visit. We came to Florida to relax and the pool helped us do just that. The only complaints we had were the carpets could have been cleaner and the TV room furniture is not very comfortable other than that we loved the house. We would consider renting again sometime. Nice property

Overall the house is very nice. The location is quiet and noone bothers you. The only downside was the pool was a little cloudy when we arrived but they came out the next day and fixed it. We had to sweep and vacuum the floors ourselves otherwise it was pretty clean.

Wonderful house for a very reasonable price

We enjoyed our week long stay at this lovely home. Unfortunately with the unforeseen arctic blast during the week of our stay (between Christmas and New Year), we could not enjoy the pool. But the community this house is located in is a very nice and quite community where we enjoyed our walks too. The house is not that far from Disney or Universal. Gas station and Grocery stores too were not that far. Kitchen had enough utensils and everything we needed that we cooked our meals most of the day. We would definitely consider this property again for our future visits.

Fishing trip

The lawn hasn’t been mowed in awhile, at least 7 inches high and not trimmed.the pool needed to be swept down and vacuumed. The home was very comfortable furnished, fully stocked kitchen. . The bath room needs more attention with cleaning. There was a constant problem with parking., fellas you cannot park a truck and boat. It is a 20 minute drive to big Togo marina, however it is close to downtown.

Disappointed

We spent a lot of time and money to rent a house with a pool and patio. The pool pump noise is extremely loud (75 DB). Sitting outside is impossible to enjoy. The noise is heard inside as well. I understand things break down but having an owner unwilling to fix the problem is unacceptable. The carpets also need cleaning. I would not recommend this rental until the owner fixes the problem

Cleanliness

Carpet was stained and main bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. Contacted owner about when they were going to mow the yard and she said she wasn’t sure. The HOA came by on Wednesday and measured the yard and gave them a ticket cuz the yard was 2 ft tall in some spots. Friday morning at 8 am someone decided to mow the yard. The pool was getting cloudy by Thursday and getting green around the top of the pool. The pool was also as not as warm as it should be in July. The place was way too far away from anything. The closest Walmart was 25 mins away. The only good thing about the house was the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Also The trash can was almost completely full when we got there and had to try to cram our bags in the can cuz trash did not run til Thursday. Whoever cleans the house does a horrible job and the communication with the owners was horrible as well. I would not stay again due to the cleaning, yard and lack of communication.
