Perfect 100 WALK SCORE! This really is the best location in the Mission! Located approximately ~600 feet (2 min walk) to the Valencia Corridor and a 7 minutes walk to the famous Dolores Park.

The condo is located on the 4th floor of a safe, secure, and modern building built in 2009. There are plenty of outlets in each room and you don't have to worry about leaking pipes or ancient electrical. Elevator in the building, no need to take the stairs. There is also a roof with 360 views that has a BBQ and seating.
Huge master bedroom with walk-in closet. The second bedroom is set up to be an office and comes with a Murphy Wall Bed and Murphy Wall Desk. There are two beautiful balconies.
Living room has a 100 inch projector screen where you can watch Fire TV. You can access Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO Max. There is also an arcade with 1,000+ games from the 80s and 90s.
In the bathroom, the "hot tub" is a jetted tub - See photos. There is also a TOTO toilet bidet with many features including a heated seat and self opening top.
The food scene is insane, even just on our block! Everything from Michelin Star restaurants to delicious hole-in-wall places. Our neighborhood has a huge variety of food and things to do.

-August Lock. We don't carry keys. You can enter and exit through both the front building gate and the front condo door with just your phone.
-Remote controlled blackout shade in the master bedroom.
-Two Hue lights in the bedroom and color changing light in the living room.

-Grill and seating on the roof with 365 degree views.
-BenQ HT2050 projector in the living room. This is the TV. 100 inch projector screen to watch Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Video on the Fire TV.

-Sonos Sound Bar
-TOTO bidet toilet with many features including a heated seat.
-The "hot tub" is a jetted tub in the bathroom.
