Denna tvÄ sovrum ett badrum lÀgenhet designades 2015 med material av högsta kvalitet. Marmorplattor, strÄlningsvÀrme, eldsprinklers, nya VVS-apparater och elektriska system, nya apparater, nya fönster och designerbelysning var allt en del av renoveringen. Det finns en uteplats för att koppla av och njuta av solen. Pacific Heights har nÄgra av de bÀsta vÀdret i San Francisco. Inom nÄgra kvarter finns det fantastiska restauranger som serverar allt frÄn ostron till pizza till vietnamesiska nudlar. Fillmore Street har de bÀsta shopping och restaurangerna i Pacific Heights och ligger bara tvÄ kvarter bort. En kvalitetsaffÀr ligger ett kvarter bort. Se mina rekommendationer nedan.

VÄr lÀgenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök med gasutbud, diskmaskin, skrÀpavfall och kejserstensrÀknare. Det finns WiFi och kabel-tv med tillgÄng till Netflix och Amazon Instant Video.

Transport finns alltid direkt utanför ytterdörren. Anslut med BART, Caltrain och fÀrjesystemet för att resa var som helst i Bay Area. Gatuparkering finns pÄ detta och det finns en betald parkeringsplats ett kvarter bort.

Lokala attraktioner inkluderar linbilar, Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park (inklusive DeYoung-museet, Academy of Sciences and Conservatory of Flowers), Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Coit Tower, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Union Square, San Francisco Bay FĂ€rja, Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, Treasure Island, San Francisco Giants Ballpark och vinlandet.

INCREDIBLE Stay

My friend and I had a great stay during our summer internships. Julia went above and beyond, even ordering my roommate a bunkie board to help with her back problems. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood and loved going to all of the cute restaurants/shops on Fillmore. Would highly recommend!

Shaban was incredibly responsive and very help especially in securing a parking permit for our stay. Location with this property is everything. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, grocery, and pharmacy needs. Neighborhood feels very safe. It was the perfect location for our stay.

We had a great start from June-August 2024. The apartment was clean, well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies, and exactly as advertised. Julia was incredibly responsive to any issues that came up. I’d highly recommend staying here again.

A true home away from home

The property has everything you need to stay there for a short or longterm stay. The location is absolutely fantastic! You are central to everything walking and 2 hour parking is easy to come by. The owner even helped me get a long term permit. They are super responsive and supportive.

Perfect location, great communication, overall wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication with Julia has been amazing. As travel nurses we’ve stayed in a lot of places and she has by far been the best host we have had. The location is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. Even though the space is on the smaller size, the rooms are where most of the sq footage takes up and it was perfect for what we needed. There’s a lot of light and windows, and the apartment had everything we’ve needed. We were able to get visitor parking passes and parking has been completely fine! We have been able to easily find spots 90% of the time. We have been very pleased with our stay and recommend it to anyone! Esp. Those who are working at Kaiser on Geary, it’s very easy to get to from this apartment. 5 star place! Thank you so much!

Great spot!

Very clean, great communication with host, central to a lot of what Pacific Heights has to offer on Fillmore Street and right next to Alta Plaza which was great for walks.

Great stay in a great location!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this clean apartment while our SF home was under construction. It was so fun to be in a neighborhood with so many restaurants and amenities within walking distance. There is a lovely park just blocks away and its one of the best shopping and dining neighborhoods in the city. The hosts were thoughtful and very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was supplied and if we had questions they were quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Super nice and kind host

Julia is the best host! She always replies email promptly which is very important for travelers. The apartment is nice, clean, safe and in the best neighborhood in San Francisco. There is everything you need in the apartment. You name it. Julia even gave us a huge pack of toilet paper when it’s out of stock everywhere. All the supplies (detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are organic and mainly Method. There’s a Dyson vacuum cleaner you can use every day which is super convenient and will maintain your living clean and healthy. You can tell that the host has a very high standard. She’s managing the apartment as her own home. She gives you what she will use daily. Not as many others who just simply put all the cheap stuffs there. This is a trustworthy host and a pleasant apartment. You will not regret. I chose it because I barely see so many all five stars. Julia deserve it.

Wonderful hosts

We stayed at this property to help care for a family member who was receiving out-patient hospital services. Julia and Shaban were wonderful hosts who consistently ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. They checked in with us only when necessary and always responded very quickly and helpfully when we needed support. The apartment was very clean, safe, and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great hosts. Great apartment. Great location. And a great price!

Wonderful space, great stay!

I recently booked this space for a month-long stay for some colleagues. They had a wonderful stay! Julia was an excellent host, and she was consistently available to answer questions and help with any needs that came up during my colleagues' stay. Perfect place to stay to be close to everything.

Great family apt in terrific location

Perfect apartment for the family to enjoy and explore San Francisco. Clean, well-appointed with everything we could need (towels, extra pillows, blankets, fully stocked kitchen to make breakfasts and the occasional dinner). Layout with two separate bedrooms and separate full bath was perfect. Living/kitchen combo area was comfortable for 4. All the comforts of home, but everything was luxury hotel quality - and clean, neat, with no clutter or personal affects. And perfectly located for a relaxing peaceful location but still with easy uber or bus access to everywhere - the wharf, Embarcadero, financial district, Golden Gate Park, presidio, xtc. Julia was so accommodating and helpful to all our questions. Would definitely recommend for a perfect non-hotel option in a great location!

Excellent accommodations, excellent location

The accommodations were exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean and orderly, and allowed us to focus on our stay rather than household logistics. We were there to show our kids the city so we tried to not spend too much time inside, but we were able to very easily make ourselves breakfasts pack some lunches do laundry and generally just knock out basic necessities of living without having to constantly run to the store or figure out how things worked. The house is very well stocked with dishes and cookware items and prep items, as well as cleaning and hygiene supplies. Of course inside the house is only one part of the story, as with all real estate it's about location location location, and this place has it in spades. Being right on California there are buses whizzing past at a very regular interval and we easily used buses Light Rail and cable cars throughout the city during our stay with a simple online MUNI 3-day pass. This was a great way to show our kids how a well-built transportation system should work and we took full advantage of it. In addition to easy transportation the location has more bars and restaurants within a 2-3 block walk than you can possibly visit in a week of eating out and it was nice to be able to get back to the house, clean up a little, go out, grab dinner and return home with very little waste of time in transit. All in all I'd highly recommend this location and this house in particular for a stay!
