DAY OF CHECK-IN
Guests must provide the full names of all individuals staying in the unit 4 days prior to arrival
Please inform us of your intended check-in time your estimated arrival time 24 hours prior to check-in.
Guests will be greeted by our representative in the hotel lobby.

Complimentary check-in is available from 4 PM to 8 PM
A late check-in fee of $65 will be charged from 8 PM to 10PM

This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

1. REQUIRED FEES
RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $59/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge, it’s just a hold for incidentals. Anything charged to the room will be deducted from this hold plus a 10% fee.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room

Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.
