Great Little Place

Nice spot

Location was good, short walk to the beach. Iguanas were a nuisance at times, but not owner’s fault. Condo was clean & well stocked.

Good location

We were within walking distance to the great Lauderdale by the Sea beach and restaurant area but far enough away that we were on a secluded street - great patio area with pool and the canal.

Enjoyable Stay

We were very comfortable in this vacation rental. Recent upgrades were nice, parking was easy, pool was great, and the location was wonderful. The area is quiet, and we really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. Also, it's a short drive to Fort Lauderdale and nearby parks, museums, etc.

Terrific Property - Great Location

Property description is spot on. Location is great - very close to the beach, but not so close that you have the foot traffic on your doorstep. Very responsive and pleasant management. Highly recommend.

Pool + walk to beach = perfection

Our family of 3 loved this cozy duplex with its modern finishes, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. We walked to the beach every day (sometimes more than once), and we enjoyed cooling off/relaxing in the canal-view pool between beach trips and other excursions. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood that’s within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and a short drive to shops and grocery stores. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and hosts kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice duplex

We enjoyed our week! It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The duplex was clean and had everything we needed. The host answered our questions in a timely manner. Even though it was spring break time, the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again!

Beautiful view of the Canal!

We loved staying at this beautiful recently renovated duplex on the water. It was bright with a lot of windows and tastefully decorated and walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. Sabrina was very responsive and kind and will definitely visit again.

Great location!

We had a lovely time here! Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool that we only had to share with the other side of the duplex. Many “extras” including beach chairs, umbrellas, and grill.

Perfection!

This property was perfect! The duplex itself was beautiful! The pool and being on the end of the canal made the views breathtaking and the location was so close to everything we wanted. Sabrina was quick to get back to us with any issues that we had. It was a fabulous vacation!

Wonderful Duplex on the Canal

Great property. Duplex, so the pool area is shared, but that was clear in the listing. Property was clean, conveniently located near town/beach, great view of the canal. We would stay again.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed this property. Updated and clean. Beds very comfy and having 2 full baths was a big plus. The kitchen is small but worked fine for us. We used the pool every day. Loved being able to walk to the beach and into town for shopping and dining.

Everything was as advertised. Sabrina was there for all calls and emails. The property/house was everything as advertised. Extremely clean and beautiful. Comfortable home and nice location

The house and property met our expectations. The location was great - close to the beach and to downtown. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a quiet community with a nice buzz in the downtown in the evening. Sabrina replied to my queries very promptly and helpfully. We would stay here again.

Week Getaway

The property is located in a very safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach & the local restaurants/bars. A couple of minor disappointments: No bathroom wash cloths were available & outdoor patio chairs were worn/rusted. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Girls trip

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Just a small glitch with the pool. The property manager addressed the issue right away. Was a perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very happy and we had a great time. Can’t wait for the next getaway!!!

Little skeptical when we drove up the front of the property needs a bit of TLC. Now I can see why there were no pictures in your ad. The house is 95% updated inside. The sliding door is impossible to open and you couldn’t open it anyway, because it doesn’t have a screenscreen, so we were glad
