Island Breeze is a fully renovated 3 bedroom,2 bath house on the South Canal with private dock on LGI. Little Gasparilla Island is a barrier island only accessible by private boat or water taxi.

Aside from lots of space and activities for the kids, the nearby private beach (2 min walk) is among the most pristine you’ll find in Florida, with beautiful sugary-white sand covered in seashells of all shapes and colors.

The floor plan features bedrooms, kitchen, dining room on the 2nd floor. whilst downstairs has covered porch for a break from the sun.

Fantastic stay

We have been to LGI many times and stayed at different places. Island Breeze was great. We would stay there again. Previously we’ve always stayed at a gulf front property. This time we decided to try a place on one of the canals. It was truly the best of both. Loved being able to pull our boat right up to the door with easy bay access. It was also only a 100 yard walk to the beach. The property was clean and comfortable with many places to relax on the porch or down on the ground level deck by the canal. Host went above and beyond providing plenty of games, beach chairs and umbrellas. If you like to cook, everything you need is there. Very nice pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. plus ninja goody, blenders and more. Plus great coffee maker

All you could ask for!

This home was absolutely fantastic. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home and to give us the best vacation we could ever ask for. The amenities in this Home left us not needing anything beyond what was already in the house except for the food we ate. There were plenty of chair, fun activities comfortable furniture, and spectacular Wi-Fi. I would happily stay at this house every single time I’m at LGI.Communication with the owners was top-notch. location to the beach again top-notch. parking the boat again top-notch loved loved loved this house

This is THE HOUSE!!!

We’ve been visiting LGI for the past 7 years or so and absolutely this house was our favorite rental!! They have everything you need .. just bring your clothes, food and personal items. Every room is fully stocked with anything you might need. We especially appreciated the cell phone chargers around the house as we forgot to bring ours. Kitchen is awesome with top Of the line appliances. The owners have really thought of everything you would need while on the island! The beach is literally under a 5 minute walk and you can have your boat right by the house so makes for convenient unloading and loading of items for your stay. Our family definitely gives this house a 10/10!!!!

What a fun week!

We had such a great time on Little Gasparilla Island! The house was wonderful! We’ve been renting homes on vacation for well over 25 years and I do believe this house had the best supplies and accommodations of any! From the welcome basket to a laundry room with all kinds of fun to comfortable beds and lots of room, we had a great time! Colin (property owner) was great with communication (including suggestions for all the things NOt to forget!) and to check on us through the week to make sure all was well. The island is still recovering from the last hurricane but Colin has done a great job getting his home ready for visitors! The location is great-just minutes by boat from lots of great water (kids caught well over 100 fish during the week) and the beachfront is truly just down the street and absolutely gorgeous! Loads of beautiful shells and many, many shark’s teeth! Little Gasparilla is much more rustic than your typical beach destination but the house has high speed internet and tvs in each room. If you want a quiet place to wind down and enjoy the real beauty of the beach and southwest Florida, this is your place!
