This beautiful beach house is located on Little Gasparilla Island, a bridge-less barrier island. No stores, no restaurants, no bars, and no cars! It is the perfect place to relax and unplug!

This three-bedroom/two-bath beach front cottage is tucked away, just off the main drag of this quiet, “off the beaten path” island. Escape your crazy busy life on the mainland and enjoy outdoor living space with amazing 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your private beachfront path and shared dock, which is perfect for fishing! You can catch your dinner and come back to the house and grill it on deck while watching a breath-taking sunset.

You will need to make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. Bringing your own boat? The house has access to a community dock that is perfect for fishing or watching the beautiful sunrise over the Boca Grande Causeway. The dock has a 22ft. maximum and only allows 1 boat per household.
