Majestic views with serenity sunsets of the marsh, cannot describe the view of this spacious townhome. Located on the Omni resort, this is the perfect Zen spot for your vacation. Downstairs enjoys a screened-in porch where you can have your morning coffee and be surrounded by the scenes and sounds of nature. This breathtaking view will have you wanting to extend your vacation. The kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bath are also located on this level. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a private balcony of the marsh view along with your private bath. There is also a study area that can be used for meditating or if you must work on vacation, this is the perfect spot!

This Townhome will sleep up to six people and allow a small fur baby up to 25 lbs, so they too can have a vacation. Bedrooms downstairs consist of a queen in each room, and the master has a king bed.

Very nice condo!

Fantastic and spacious property in a nice location. It was perfect for our visit to Amelia Island for a family wedding. The property managers were quite responsive to a couple of small issues we had. The critique is that the Kitchen is not especially equipped for entertaining. For example, it doesn’t have a grill and has a rather limited assortment of cookware and serving. Nevertheless, we were very happy with our choice and would certainly return

Relaxing Marsh View

This unit has a great lay out & is beautifully & comfortably decorated. only complaint was one bed needs replaced badly - uncomfortable and noisy frame every time you moved. Other than that is is GREAT!!! wonderful views, very quiet area, close to Drummond park. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay!

This place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Expansive view through the panoramic back windows. Plenty of room for my wife and I and for visits from our daughter and her family. I’m tired of tiny $$& hotel rooms, so when I travel, I seek accommodations that are at least as nice and comfy as home. This place did not disappoint!

Beautiful

This condo looked exactly as shown. A few issues but not enough to dampen our opinion. This place was beautiful and comfortable. Best vacation place we have rented so far.

Beautiful View

Great house. Great view. Plenty of room for our five adults. The directions to the house were a bit confusing. Took us an extra thirty minutes to find the correct gate with a guard. Supplies somewhat limited-no kleenex. The property manager could not have been more helpful when we had trouble operating the gas stove and fireplace. Very very attentive, nice and responded right away. Wish there had been a grill and also wished checkout time had been 11 am instead of 10am. We were extremely comfortable. Beds were wonderful and so were the showers. The view is what makes this property so special. Very happy to have stayed here!

Beautiful, tranquil and clean

Wonderful home in a safe peaceful place. Amazing sunset views. Convenient location. Loved it very much. Haven’t been to Amelia island recently but will return and would pick this house again.

Beautiful views and lovely Villa!

Sea Marsh is a newly renovated Villa with a long range view of the Marsh and channel leading to the ocean. We were able to watch large boats come and go all day. Everything about Sea Marsh was fantastic! The one thing I would make guests aware of who are familiar with Omni plantation, is that unless you rent through the Omni, or the owners are members, you cannot use the shuttle service or the Pool or beach area. Other than this I can highly recommend Sea Marsh as a wonderful Villa!

Gorgeous View!!!

Owner should be commended. Super place. Manager & cleaning crew need to do better cleaning job. 2nd TV not connected to anything. Supplies were either non-existent or minimal. Wi-Fi password on laminated cards not the password. Check in sheet has the real password. But what a view!!!
