We really enjoyed our stay at a Amelia Island a group of pastors and their wives came down for a few days of shopping and fishing. Everything was great. Enjoyed the island and enjoyed the place that we stayed at will definitely use this again.

We absolutely loved the house and our five family members enjoyed staying together and also having private space. The area is perfect for relaxing, shopping and dining out. My favorite part was the beach horseback ride just a few minutes from the house. Brian was wonderful and very responsive!!! Highly recommend

Perfect getaway in a beautiful home

We loved our stay at Brian’s place in Amelia Island. It was immaculate and clean with everything you’d need during your stay. We loved the big open kitchen and spent every night on the sun porch. Close to everything and would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect retreat

We were a group of four adults who enjoyed everything about the house and yard. It is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Even though on a 'main' road it is in a quiet area. We plan on staying there again.

This was such a lovely and welcoming home! The hosts were so accommodating. We had a slight issue with the dishwasher that the hosts worked with our schedule as to not inconvenience us and had the issue resolved quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the kitchen island is so big it deserves its own zip code! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone.It is also a convenient location to so much. Just lovely!

Brian was so easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled and look great. Conveniently located near Peter’s Point beach, coffeehouse, grocery and gas.

Great Amelia Stay

Great property near the beach and many good restaurants. The house is less than a mile from a good Harris Teeter grocery store. (I recommend the in store cooked and carved prime rib on Thursday night!) The house has a good backyard if you have a fur baby. Would recommend to anyone, especially family groups.

Amelia Island Getaway

Lovely and clean home. Fully stocked with anything you can possibly need! It was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and come together. The owner/property manager was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely one of our favorite stays.

Family vacation

The house was a fantastic find! Was pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and nice bath products in each of the bathrooms. The backyard was great for the kids to run around and play. Would definitely come back again!
