Panoramic views of the coastal marsh and wetlands await at this two-story, three-bedroom condo. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by beautiful wood floors throughout the downstairs living space, a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops, and an entire wall of windows that frame the incredible setting.

At night, you'll find one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms on the second level. The downstairs bedroom has a large bathroom connected to it, while the spacious primary bedroom upstairs features an attached bathroom with an elegantly raised garden tub with panoramic views of the marsh and a walk-in shower. The other large bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is in the upstairs hallway.

Football Game Weekend

The villa was great for our football game qeekend! There was plenty of room for all seven of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The marsh view was awesome and peaceful! We saw lots of birds! We would definitely rent this villa again.

Wonderful Getaway!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental on the marsh side of Amelia Island. The serene marsh views were breathtaking and made for the perfect peaceful retreat. The property was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway!

Marsh View Villa

The villa is beautiful and the view is breathtaking, like a painting except it's real. The entire Omni property was so nice we only went to Fernandina Beach once to look around and have lunch. Check in was as easy as it could possibly be and Danielle, the Vacasa local manager on Amelia Island, was very responsive to any question we posed. We will definitely go back to Amelia Island and this is where we want to stay.

2nd Time Guest

This is the second time we've stayed here and it has been a great experience both times! The space allows for two sets of adults with private full baths, plus space for kids in a shared bedroom. The unit has beach equipment and bikes available, making it easy to enjoy everything on and near the plantation. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Spacious with a View

We have vacationed on Amelia Island Plantation every summer for the past 7 years. This unit was our favorite by far. The house was very spacious for our family of six and the views of the marsh were incredible! The location was perfect for our 4 small kids. Marsh View Park is right next door and the culdesac was great for letting them ride their scooters and bikes without worrying about traffic. We will definitely come back!

Girls Weekend/Birthday Bash

Unbelievable property. We are a group of 4 women from all over the US who all used to work at Amelia Island Plantation. We come back at least once a year for long weekends. This is our first time staying at this property but will definitely not be our last. The layout was AMAZING. So much room! The view, the location, the many bathrooms!! We loved this property! Thank you!!!

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed and is in a great location. The numbers for the condos is quite confusing. We came in the evening and had a very hard time finding the unit. Once we did we found the condo to be very flexible. We had a minor issue with the master bathroom electrical but otherwise our stay was very smooth. We would recommend to other families (we comfortably stayed with two adults and four teen aged kids).

Beautiful view of the marsh. Our family loved this place. Place was very clean as well stocked for our family. Rooms were very spacious and the main living room /kitchen area was a great area for everyone to hangout in. The area was very convenient and quiet. Just remember all visitors must go in and out thru the main Omni Plantation security gate to access the property.

Perfect!

We had a little trouble with check in but the villa was perfect—pictures very accurate —-much bigger than expected. The exterior pictures don’t do the location justice… house is set in quiet resort neighborhood canopied by mossy oaks, ponds and a golf course—Marsh view was hypnotizing! Will def plan to stay again! Thank you for providing us with a great stay!

Who knew?

Who knew the marsh view would be so mesmerizing! I thought the ocean view was spectacular and did not know what to expect. My family and I would spend hours just totally engrossed in the view of the marshes, the subtle changes in color, the tide coming in and going out, the wildlife, it was incredible and peaceful and beautiful! What made the view even more wonderful was looking at it from the marvelous home that we had an opportunity to share. Beautifully appointed, understated elegance, it says a great deal about the owners. The space and light and everything about this house was excellent. The management and services provided from day one were top notch and made our short family vacation memorable. We will be back!

Amazing Stay

This property was perfect from the parking to the entryway and throughout the entire home. The owners provided us with everything down to the laundry detergent. Literally all you need are your personal belongings and some sunscreen…. I give this property a 10 out of 10.

Incredible marsh view

We've be coming to AIP for Thanksgiving for 30 yrs and always stayed in a beach condo ... until this year when we decided to stay on the marsh. This place was perfect!! Beautiful view, extremely spacious, comfy beds, clean, well stocked and Drummond Park was right next door (w playground for 2 grandchildren). Also greatly appreciated was that the windows were clean. There's nothing worse than not being able to see a pretty view because of dirty windows ... so thank you for this! We want to return ... and often

Beautiful place not handicap assessable but could be so easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view of Marsh view was incredible. House was completely stocked for hosting parties. Unfortunately it was not assessabke by w/c due to 4 steps to get in. Website didn't talk about the steps and said there was an be sure my mother could get in where we choose to stay I called and confirmed that it was assessable.

Beatiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented several vacation homes/condos over the years and this one was the best of them all. It is a very large/spacious condo, extremely clean, and a very well stocked kitchen. The marsh view is awesome and we were lucky enough to catch 1 beautiful sunset over the marsh (weather was terrible the week we stayed). Highly recommend Burney Park for your beach days. Just a quick 6/7 minute drive. We had our best meal at the Sandollar Restuarant, about a 20 minute drive. Worst meal was at the Falcon Nest, food was just OK but a very limitied menu. I can not speak as to what the Omni Resort has to offer as no information was provided about the resort nor did we look into it. It would have been nice to have received some information as to what was available on the resort, if anything.
