INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs with DVD players in each bedroom, board games, multiple living areas, dining area, air hockey/ping pong table. The living room TV comes with SlingTV to watch some of your favorite sporting events, so you don’t have to miss the game. Free WIFI available.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Year round lake access. Two story dock with a table and chairs as well as lounge chairs for sun bathing. Patio on both levels looking over the beautiful lake. The main level has a screened in porch in between two uncovered decks. The basement patio has our gas grill, and a porch swing for some extra relaxation.

Pet owners, there is a two dog runner hooked up in the backyard. Feel free to let them enjoy the outdoors with the rest of the family.

Boat Owners or looking to rent a boat, we do have a pontoon boat lift at our dock along with a boat ramp. However, a word of caution, the ramp is pretty steep and 4 wheel drive is recommended when putting in and pulling out your boat. Would not recommend anything very heavy. Use at your own discretion.

A quick note of caution for those with limited mobility - although we've built the path down to the water as gradual as possible, be careful when using the rock pathway to the dock. The backyard is moderately steep. Pros and cons to being at 17’ depth off the dock.....we get to enjoy year-round water, but we do have to walk a little bit to get down to it!

Please note that while our home has an indoor fireplace, it is decorative only (not operable for safety reasons).
