Our Farm is Solar Powered with a Custom Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system built into the home. We have designed this home for customers to experience what it's like to go Off Grid and live Green! The home is amazing and completely unique.

This is the ideal location to UNPLUG and get back to Nature. We have over 20 acres of beautiful land to explore. Trails, rocks, palm trees and fresh spring water all ready for your enjoyment.

The Rock Quarry has been converted into a Spring Fed Pond surrounded by Rock Outcroppings and Florida Palms. Thousands of fish have been stocked and just waiting for you!

North Florida is the 2nd best place in the world for springs. Lafayette Blue Springs State Park is an easy 2 miles away and has a Boat launch with covered picnic tables and of course has the famous underground springs. The water is crystal clear and wonderfully cool for swimming. Do not miss this on a hot Florida day.

The property is 45 minutes from the coast for fishing and scalloping, antique shopping, kayaking, tubing, hiking, off road biking, or hunting.

The Farm is secluded and peaceful, But can be in town less than 10 minutes for shopping and dining. Come out and enjoy being one with nature; tranquility of Country and sustainable living.

* For cooling the house has a window unit, and heating the house has a fireplace (firewood provided).

We found our perfect slice of paradise!

Great Experience

We are happy we had to chance to stay at this house. Everything was clean and ready by the time we arrived. We had complications and needed a bit more time to stay at the house and check out a bit later. We communicated with the owners and they were very understanding and even cooperative. Thanks to them, it made our experience much better. Highly recommend. They also reply back within minutes, so that’s a big plus.

Unique off grid

I picked the home because of the large screened porch. And it did not disappoint; peaceful and comfy. I spent hours out there with a book. We were surprised to learn the house is mostly underground which makes it quite unique. We were also surprised to find the on-property gun range and out door gym. Be sure to check out all the springs located nearby. And finally, the owners and property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing time at the property and the parks near by. The house itself is very unique and is very spacious. The bedrooms were all very clean, good size and comfy beds. The living room was a nice spot for the family to hangout together and watch a movie on the large tv. Kitchen was well stocked and had a really cool seating area for the family to enjoy a meal together. The porch/patio area was the spot to be in. It was a Perfect area for hanging out, playing pool and pingpong. The property also offers plenty of areas to explore to just get outside and walk around, Very peaceful! My favorite area was the gun range on the property which gave me the opportunity to shoot safely with my family at our leisure, very cool! The property is perfectly located to explore the many parks/springs near by. The owners and property manager were very polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had a great time and I’m already looking forward to another trip back. Thank you!

Spectacular home away from him!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very accommodating, open floor plan great for large group, outside covered porch was amazing (probably put favorite spot)! Very clean & inviting! Property was fun to explore and felt very safe and secure! Great location, several natural springs to explore within 1 hour drive! Must go to "Deal's Famous Oyster House," and ask for the "pogo stick song!" Overall, definitely give this home a 10/10 rating!

Awesome and Unique!

This home and property is a wonderful surprise!!! Lots of space, private, beautifully decorated, stocked with anything you might need. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and super nice! We will be coming back here at least once per year and hopefully more than once. The best part is the proximity to my elderly mother and father's house, which was extremely helpful since a lot of family members were meeting there to work on their property. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
