The Space: Immediately upon walking through the front gate, you'll be in awe of the beautiful pool and the gorgeous desert landscaping. When you're not floating with your cocktail, you'll enjoy various peaceful seating areas around the pool and the property.

The house itself is modern and welcoming, with concrete floors, high vaulted ceilings, large windows and comfortable furniture. Each of the bedrooms is in a separate corner of the house, providing you with the privacy you need on vacation.

The huge common area is perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy... with a living area with oversized sofa, large TV and gas fireplace ... a separate conversation area... and a dining area with table and chairs for the perfect meal. If you're like us, you may find the kitchen to be your favorite room, with its giant island with cozy seating, modern appliances and storage galore. Make yourself a beautiful meal to enjoy by the fireplace, or use the kitchen just as a place to make a great cocktail before hitting the restaurants of Palm Springs.

Please read the policies - No parties, restricted number of cars parked, strict quiet hours in this tranquil neighborhood, no outside music of any sort (all City of PS law for short term rentals).

Guest access:

The City of Palm Springs requires no more than one car per bedroom to be parked overnight in a short term rental - three total for this house. Two cars can park in the driveway and one can park in the street. A car is suggested for Palm Springs, given there is limited public transportation. Uber/Lyft are plentiful and affordable for nights where you may have a couple drinks or don't feel like driving.

Other things to note:

This is a gorgeous home in a truly peaceful neighborhood.

Please be mindful of the city No Music Outside policy for short term rentals - any music outside at all can result in a $500 fine from the city. NO parties at this house. Guests should start bringing themselves inside by 9pm, as 10pm marks a strict quiet hour cut-off for the city.

However, you'll be so thankful for this policies - as you will be treated to the sounds of crickets and wildlife overnight - enjoy a glass of wine in silence under the starts!

Pool heat is not included. If requested, pool heat will be available for $50 a day for the length of your stay. Please give us advance notice so we can have it ready and warm for you!
