The well-equipped kitchen features a spacious 4-stool breakfast bar, wine chiller, and high-end appliances for cooking homemade meals to enjoy around the 8-person dining table—or take the meal to the screened-in porch’s alfresco table for 8! At the back of the home is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after trips to the beach. When the sun sets, settle into the living area’s soft slip-covered couch for a movie night on the 80” TV. There is 1 guest bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed on this level, with additional sleeping accommodations upstairs.

*No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs at this home with a non-refundable pet fee of $200.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
