Best location for scalloping and fishing or just relaxing on the beach. House is clean and comfortable and hosts are great to work with.

Best vacation yet

Check in was super easy the property manager was amazing at keeping us updated. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with pots pans utensils and even spices

Great stay at Beach Hive

Spacious, clean and bright property. Plenty of room and all the amenities. We had to clean the coffee maker with vinegar but otherwise immaculate. We loved the screened porch and sunroom. The property providing beach chairs, umbrellas etc was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Lovely New Years Week

Our teens got their own suites. Perfect. Beautiful weather and great seafood. Nicely stocked beach amenities. And pickleball supplies. Even a grill.

Dream Family Getaway House!!

Everything was perfect!!! We have nothing bad or negative to say about those home and the location. The water was amazing and everything we might have needed was supplied at at the house, we literally only needed to bring suitcases. Our family of 9 will plan to be back in the near future! I also can not say enough good things about the owners, they kept in touch throughout our stay!

One of the best vacation homes in PSJ

WOW! Julie went above and beyond!! She has thought of everything and her beautiful home reflected that. We have been coming to PSJ/CSB for many years and this home takes the cake. We didn’t end up using half the beach gear we brought because Julie had it ready to go! We didn’t need detergent, toilet paper, or soap!! She communicated so well, and was so kind from beginning to end. Thank you so much for allowing us to continue our tradition and make memories that will last a lifetime because of your home!

Family Beach Trip

The house was every bit as nice as the pictures. It included a wide assortment of beach chairs, canopies, boards, kayaks, etc. Great location to the pool and beach. First time to CSB and we will be back! Property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Family Vacation

This was a GREAT HOUSE! It was unfortunately so hot outside when we went (in August) that the air conditioners couldn’t keep up. No fault of the home owners, they have 2 units it was just THAT HOT! The walk to the beach is short which is nice but the wagon to pull your beach things doesn’t get through the soft sand very easily. The home is VERY clean and is very nicely furnished with PLENTY of room. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and Peaceful!

Our stay at Beach Hive in Cape San Blas was WONDERFUL! The house was in perfect condition. It was clean upon arrival, well stocked and we had plenty of room. The walk to the beach (although looked a little far in the pictures) was easy- even with 5 kiddos. The beach wasn't crowded and the pool house was nice. The sand gnats at night were rough, but other than that our trip was 5 stars!

Great stay!

Love Cape San Blas! The host checked in on us and was kind. Home was clean and felt comfortable for our family with us! Plenty of towels, beach towels and gear to use for the beach. Had a great stay!

First Time Cape San Blas visitors

Easy walk to the beach and the wagon that was provided with the property was very helpful to us. House had a few minor issues (bathroom door unable to be used, grills seemed to have some age, the café lights didn't all work) however, we had a great time. Made some great memories. Would recommend house to other vacationers.

Great beach house for families!

We stayed here with extended family, including kids, so we had 10 total and the house was perfect. The bigger kids loved the beds in the loft and we had plenty of space. The house was clean, very well stocked with everyday necessities, and the host is very responsive! Our only complaint is the walk from the house to the beach. We were carrying/pulling lots of beach gear for the kids so it was a bit longer than ideal but we knew that before booking. Definitely recommend this house if the walk doesn’t bother you!

Fun on the Cape

We had an amazing week (despite some storms) and loved this house. So well equipped and beautifully furnished. We've never stayed in a house that provided so many beach items. Chairs, tent, beach buggy, even towels. Julie, the property manager was wonderful to work with. Hope we can come back next year.

The pool and the beach access is great

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 adult couples and 3 young children (4, 7,8). The street is so quiet and the Pool and beach are right at the end. For our family everything we needed was right there. The house itself it also great. Each room has it's own sitting room. It gave everyone a sense of having their own space to go hangout for a while and relax. The bathrooms and kitchen were also great. all had their own style and were quite nice. Very impressed wih the showers and tub in each. Wish we could have stayed longer! hope to be back soon.

This house was so cozy and perfect for our group. We had 3 separate families so we really liked having our own bathrooms, king beds, and sitting rooms off of each bedroom. The house was super clean and had a lot of fun beach items we were able to use. The property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with. We will be looking at staying at this house again next year.

Excellent choice for multi-family vacation.

The property offers 3 primary bedroom suites each with it's own private "sitting room". Property is very close to the beach, but has a surprising amount of privacy. Property was very clean, well maintained, and newly renovated. It was fully stocked with beach activity equipment. It's close to Port St. Joe (with shopping, restaurants, etc.) When looking online I didn't expect to see as many dining options as Port St. Joe had. Julie was awesome to work with and provided a lot of great tips since this was our first visit to Cape San Blas. Already planning next year!!
