The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The house was not equipped with enough coffee mugs for 8 people ( they only had 2) but they had some there the same day when we requested more. The management staff was great to work with and very helpful. They only had 2 reclin

Family vacation

The property was very nice and the home was perfect for our family size. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was very nice as well. It was easy to get to places as well because it was pretty close to anything you would need.

Roomy but comfy

Overall, a beautiful property that worked really well for our needs. Beds were very comfy & pool guy came at his scheduled time so kids were able to swim! Only (small) suggestion would be to have a couple more coffee mugs & kitchen towels. Communication was great though! I would stay again!

We had nine adults staying and the house worked out great. Plenty of places to sleep and hang out. The host was very easy to deal with. Great place.

Fantastic home

We had an awesome time at Or and Danielles home. We needed a place to stay for Xmas that would fit my family of 9 and our dog. This place was perfect and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you need a lot of space to spread out!

Very clean and comfortable

This house was suited us well, was spacious, well taken care of and the pool was fantastic. My small criticisms are that there were only 4 dining chairs and we had 12 people and the front bedroom on the first floor got so hot from not having a good window treatment. But otherwise we enjoyed it

Beautiful house with a great location

Our extended family of ten adults rented the house to visit Texas. The house was very clean. The location is perfect to see a lot of Texas. It is close to Dallas and Fort Worth. It is also possible to take day trips to Waco and Austin. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely safe. The owners were very attentive but also gave us our privacy to enjoy our time together. Amazing stay!

Wonderful

The home was beautiful and definitely had enough room as my parents, sister, myself, our spouses and kids all stayed here. We were in town for a family wedding so it was nice that the kids could enjoy the pool. Everything was clean and they had pretty much everything we could need. The host called and text as they needed to meet to get some outdoor (yard) work done and let us know that she would be outside so not to worry. Danielle was so sweet and so great to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

truth on expensive rental.

main floor bathroom towl racket off wall when we arrived, barely any shower water pressure & minimal warm water, toilets must flush twice to work, driveway gate broken hard to open, pool filthy for 6 days of 9 days, no front door light to see key pad, old towels, no extra blankets. nice house, safe neighborhood, nice to have washer & dryer. 3 of 6 decided not to stay there after the first night.

This house has so much potential- there is ample bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and family room and pool. I will say that the pool was great- it had cool water, it was clean and a nice size. There are several downsides: check-in wasn't until 4pm and the code that we were sent was wrong. They sent us 2 more - they were wrong, too.Finally, someone called and gave us another code (no explanation). The downstairs bathrooms shower water does NOT get warm/hot. Also, the back downstairs bedrooms are extremely hot while the rest of the house cools down fine. You'll need to sleep with the doors open to get some cool air. The kitchen is not very well stocked - it has very few items. We had to go buy paper plates. There are only 2 coffee cups-this should have alerted us NOT to use the coffee pot. The coffee pot has a major leak. We ended up having to go to Kindred coffee and buy coffee each morning which was nice. There is also a blinking light in the kitchen which is super annoying. No oven mitts. There are light bulbs that are out in the bathrooms as well. The downstairs bunk room has missing vertical blinds- so that room doesn't get very dark. That bunkbed is also in need of repair. The sheets are not "luxurious" at all - they felt like cardboard. The yard was basically dirt- not at all like the pictures. The home was in major need of some maintenance and upkeep/repair. Very disappointed.
