Brenda's Hideaway, Long Beach 406T2 is your perfect place in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. This spacious beachfront 1800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo directly overlooks Long Beach Resort's fabulous lagoon pool and the pristine beaches of PCB. Complimentary Beach Service is included with your rental (March 1-October 31). Step out onto one of two private balconies to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with a king-size bed in the Sunny Shores Main Suite, two queen-size beds in the Blue Shells Second bedroom and another king-size bed in the Mother In Law Third Main Suite, and there's a queen sleeper sofa in the great room, too. All bedrooms have TVs as well as a full private bath, with large marble garden tubs and granite vanities with his and hers sinks. The kitchen has granite countertops and beautiful maple cabinets! The two beachfront main bedrooms open up to the large beachfront balcony, while the third main bedroom has its own private balcony situated directly over the lagoon pool, which is where everyone wants to be! The Mother In Law Suite also has a convenient wet bar area with microwave! A 2/3 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

Your open floor plan great room overlooks the shimmering white sands and the emerald waters of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the view from the great room, dining area, and the kitchen! You'll enjoy watching TV or reading a book on the sleeper sofa or love seat. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs with extra seating at the bar for 3. Plenty of room to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner and play cards and board games!

For the coffee lovers, there is a drip coffee maker provided. If you don't feel like cooking, it's just a short trip to Pineapple Willy's, the onsite snack bar or other local restaurants!

Your Blue Shells Second Main Suite, also ocean front with two queen beds, is large enough for 4 people and has an adjacent bathroom that is shared with the great room. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows and exquisite views of the emerald waters PCB has to offer. You'll enjoy your own TV and direct balcony access from this suite, too. The Blue Shells second bathroom has double solid surface vanities, high end cabinetry and a large soaking tub and shower combo.

Your large mother-in-law suite has a private balcony with Gulf of Mexico views and pool views as well. Sleep like a dream on the luxurious king sized bed with high thread count linens. You'll love having a private entry to this suite and a mini-kitchen as well. The mother-in-law suite has it's own private bath with tub/shower combo and double vanities.
