Best vacation

The condo was great. Loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms had gorgeous views. The cupboards and baseboards needed a good cleaning.

All you could ask for

First time going to Panama City Beach, and renting from Kim’s Condo couldn’t have been more convenient. Not only was the listing just as described but the location to the beach was fantastic. It was also a good walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend!

Grandparent 😊

The unit was great for our multi-family vacation. Plenty of room with some privacy for all. We were a party of eight and had plenty for room. We love Long Beach! The chairs provided on the beach were a nice perk!

Greene's Spring

Overall, a very good experience. The room was spacious, the AC worked well, included washer and dryer, and the water was hot and lots of water pressure. You have to be careful with the week you book due to some school's spring break schedule. Had we stayed the prior week, I am sure it would not have been as enjoyable. Lots of police presence on our check-in day due to the visitors of that week, who would be checking out the following day.

Such a fun Spring Break 2023!

We stayed in this beautiful condo with our son and a few of his senior friends. It was a great location! The beach access was awesome and the multiple pools were fantastic. Tons of food options within walking distance. It seemed to be the calm end of the strip so it was never overly crowded or rowdy. The boys had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to enjoy all the best that Panama Beach has to offer! We’ll be back in a few years when our other son and his buddies want to have their senior spring break.

The View is Worth It

The condo itself was mediocre, at best. BUT THE VIEW!! THATS WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Most of our time was spent on the patio. The 1st night, the showers ran cold very quickly into showering. There was also a weird smell inside the condo. Overall, the stay was good. There were no trashcans hardly in the condo, none in the bedrooms or the kitchen. There was also no seasonings of condiments there, which wasn't noted, so we didn't cook while there.

Thank you for your review, we're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo! It sounds like there was probably just an overuse of showering the first night causing the hot water heater to run out since it didn't happen again, and I have no idea what the smell could be as it hasn't been reported before or after your visit. There is a trashcan in the pantry off the kitchen area, and each bathroom has its own trashcan. Regarding condiments, we do not SUPPLY any type of condiments in the unit, however if a previous renter leaves salt/pepper/dry spices we don't throw those away, but we do discard condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc which I personally would never use those type of condiments left from someone else as you can never be sure how they were handled. Thanks! Kim's Condos

Family beach vacation

Had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was perfect for our family with gorgeous views of the beach from living room and all bedrooms. We were in tower 3 and grandkids had a great time in the lagoon pool as well as on the beach. Enjoyed lunch and drinks at the Hangout by the pool. The 2 beach chairs with umbrella were great and used every day! Very close to many restaurants and shopping. LOTS OF TRAFFIC so allow extra time to get to a reservation. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and full size washer and dryer came in handy. The only thing missing was a travel bed for a baby which other condos I have rented always had. It would also be nice if there were a few games and beach toys for kids. Overall the condo was clean and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our whole family. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. Even saw some dolphins one morning! Easy to communicate with Kim's Condos. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Not Clean

Fans were dirty. Doors were dirty. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to open even after we cleaned out lots of crud from the tracks and bought silicone spray for it. Kitchen not stocked well. No vent fans in bathrooms. Middle bedroom stayed hot. Ond dead cockroach upon checking in and another live giant one another day. We have stayed in many units at this resort and we love Long Beach, but will not stay in this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It appeared to have not been completely cleaned when we arrived. There was still open soap from prior guests and kitchen counters were dirty. A quick wipe down by us has us good as new. There were not enough rags for amount of guests. I would suggest bringing some extra if you dont want to do laundry daily. The person communicating via email was SUPER nice and INCREDIBLY helpful. However, when I had to call regarding needing the ocean gate code- I was told it was provided on the wifi paper condescendigly. I had 3 adults look this paper over and there was no gate code provided. This was a perfect spot for my family and we really enjoyed the area. I would recommend others to stay. We had a few bumps but overall it met our needs and we had a great time.

We had a wonderful time with beautiful views!

Loved having views from all of the bedrooms and access to balconies! Elevator was a little questionable, and maybe a better cleaning of the master bath shower. Definitely would stay again though!
