Amazing little getaway!

Amber and Rocky are amazing! They stay in communication with you and will promptly respond to any questions you have. They have a great property and have done wonders decorating it and making you feel at home while you are there. I would definitely stay there again when going to the area! :)

Excellent location for privacy and scenery!

Great location for day trips to the Current River for a little fly fishing. The property was perfect for privacy and scenery. Preparing meals is always an important part of our fly fishing outings and the Lake House was perfect for doing such. Hope to venture to this area and the Lake House again in the future.

Nice stay

Great property. Plenty of room for us and cars. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the lake as we were out racing all day at 100 Acre Wood rally.

Weekend of Fishing with the Boys

Excellent Stay again! Second time there and the owners do an excellent job of meeting all your needs as well as they communicate very well. Amber responds quickly and always super nice. We are already looking forward to are next trip.

Great property! Would stay again!

Nice property. Very roomie with nice amenities such as little pond, lawn chairs, porch with patio set and grill. (the back patio door handle was broken which made it hard to open but we managed). Otherwise, everything we needed was in the house. The only thing that we couldn't find was a metal type grill spatula to use while grilling. We would stay again and also recommend to others.

Excellent Communication

Amber and her husband has done a great job with the remodel of the home. we stayed with a group for some fishing and relaxing. Had a great time and everything we needed was provided at the home. Great property and looking forward to our next stay.

Peaceful & Comfortable

This place is really tucked away. It's so quiet and remote that you really feel like you have the whole world to yourself. The accommodations really bring modern comfort to the wilderness. Just what we needed for our holiday weekend. A big thank you to the owners for all the preparations and thought that went into this rental.

Perfect!

Amber and Rocky’s lovely house was the perfect jumping-off-point to attend our family reunion in Montauk and enjoy a float on the Current. All 6 of us (including two kids, 6 and 2) had plenty of space, enjoyed catching bluegill and bass in the pond, and cozied up to watch a movie on the oversized sectional. I’m sure you’ll enjoy their modern upgrades, tasteful decor, and peaceful property also.

Wedding at the park

Well, when we pulled up the yard wasn't mowed (but it's early in the season) and I thought uh-ho. But, once inside it was very nice, just like the pictures. After unloading in the bedrooms we went to the kitchen to start our family meal and there was mice poop all over the silverware and towels drawers also on the pots and pans cabinet. So, we had wash every towel in the house to make sure it was clean. Load the dishwasher up with everything to be able eat off of. Clean all the counters where the mice might have roamed. Wasps, we killed at least 12-14 of them ALL on the inside of the house so, I think they have a big nest in the ceiling (?) So, to have to pay a cleaning fee really bothers me the most because it wasn't a good experience. For a group of fishermen they probably wouldn't care but, for a family of adults attending a wedding it wasn't good. The wedding was fantastic!
