Denna nyligen ombyggda stuga har komforten av hem med den naturliga skönheten i bergsboende!

Det kraftigt skogbevuxna partiet ger privatlivet till en avlägsen stuga men du är bara en 5 minuters promenad eller åka skidor från stolheisen.

Oavsett om du värmer från en hel dag skidåkning eller tar det lugnt ut på en sval sommarkväll, gör trägolv och vedeldad spis denna chalet ett mysigt reträtt.
Denna stuga är inte bara mysig, det har tillräckligt med plats för två familjer.

Det finns en rymlig däck för att rymma stora sammankomster eller det ger ett bra ställe att sitta, koppla av och ta in lukten av tallar och naturskönheten.

Detta är ett perfekt läge för skidåkning, snöskoter, cykling, vandring och ridning ATV.

Det finns asfalterad motorväg till kabinen utom de sista 2 kvarteren.
Det finns året runt tillgång / snöborttagning.
Pinecone stuga har en vedeldad spis och ett fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn och kaffekanna. Det finns två badrum, ett med dusch och den andra har dusch / badkar. Det finns tre sovrum, en queen size-säng på bottenvåningen, en king size-säng med en bäddsoffa på övervåningen och en drottning och en dubbelsäng på övervåningen. Satellit-TV med DVD-spelare är tillgänglig. Det finns ingen telefon i stugan men det är utmärkt mobiltelefon mottagning. Du kommer att vara på 6500 fot höjd! Det blir kallt på kvällarna så det finns inget behov av luftkonditionering på berget.
Pinecone Cabin ligger 4 miles till Mickelson Bike Trail. Kabinen ligger också en kort 9 miles till Historic Deadwood och Deadwood Gambling Casinos och 10 miles till den vackra Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway (Cheyenne Crossing). Också nära Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park, Presidents Park och Jewel Cave National Monument.
25 minuter till Sturgis, hem för Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

Perfect getaway

We stayed at the pinecone cabin while on our first visit to SD. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed/wanted. Would definitely book again if we traveled back to the area.

Perfect little cabin

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending an archery event at the ski hill. The place was very clean, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It was easy to get back and forth to the ski area with just a short walk. Would stay here again!

Ideal for bike rally!

The best vacation is one where you don’t have to contact the host because you have everything you need. This was that vacation. Cindy’s house was perfect for us and our friends for Sturgis motorcycle rally week. It was a convenient location to all that we wanted to see and do. The house had everything we needed and more. We spent some evenings on the deck with the nice cool evenings. Would definitely stay there again!

Quaint, Incredibly Clean and Beautiful Location

This was a perfect place to relax, and have family time after spending the day gambling in deadwood. The cabin is very quaint, immaculately kept and Cindy was a very responsive and gracious host!

Nice cabin

The cabin is clean and plenty of space for our group of four adult women. It was fairly easy to find, although not much parking. I was glad we only had one vehicle. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was perfect for our family get away! It was clean, cozy and in perfect location to hit the slopes. The beds were comfy, all the supplies we would need during our stay was there. Cindy responded to questions right away and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay at this property again!!

Cabin in the woods

My family enjoyed our stay at the Pine Cone Cabin. The cabin was very welcoming and immaculately clean! The location was beautiful and a short drive into town to the local grocery store. It was a perfect location to visit all the surrounding areas such as Devils Tower, Mount Rushmore, Spearfish, and Deadwood. Cindy was a great host and was on point with communication!

Great Cabin in the woods!

We had 6 Adults and 1 Teenager and stayed here two nights. We had plenty of room and truly enjoyed the mountain ski hill vibe this cabin gives! The pantry was fully stocked and made cooking so easy! We had plenty of space to not be on top of each other also! Very close to Deadwood and all that it has to offer and only a hour or so drive to Mount Rushmore! Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

Property was just as described. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. We were able to park 2 motorcyles and 2 car at the property. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were in terry peak for a wedding.

Exceeded oiur expectation. While most pictures would appear bigger than what they really are, the property is actually bigger than what you see in the picture. It had everything we needed.

Great place!

We had a great time here and we had everything we needed for our stay, the only issue was the bathtub spout knob that broke so we couldn’t use the shower in one of the bathrooms for 2 days which was a bit inconvenient for 7 adults to only have 1 shower available. Other then that everything else was good.

We were a busy family of five who love the mountains. When the kids were young, we spent most of our free time during the winter months at the cabin! We enjoy the winter sports. All of the kids started skiing at Terry Peak! Now as adults we would love their future kids to learn to ski at the same place!

We have started fly fishing and plan to start spending time riding bicycles throughout the Black Hills to really take in the natural beauty of the area.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We decided to purchase a cabin in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota which allows us to use the cabin, when we have time, and share it with friends and family. We loved the chalet look and coziness of this cabin! We started working on the interior in 2009 when we bought the cabin. Life was busy with three active kids and the cabin functionality worked well.

The spring of 2022 we started redoing more of the interior and the biggest change was fall of 2024 with changing the siding, replacing the deck and adding a porch! Our cabin has a new look with increased privacy while maintaining the cozy chalet feeling.

We enjoy renting our cabin and hearing how it was 'perfect' for someone else's vacation! It was perfect stay for the 13th birthday! A perfect place for family to stay while traveling the Black Hills!

We have a 'cabin book' with before and after pictures as well as information about the area.

Our book also allows visitors to see where other people have traveled in the Black Hills to give you more ideas! We have had people from all over the United States as well as some International travelers!

We love our cabin and hope you love it as much as us!

We love the quiet mountain atmosphere. We enjoy cool mornings sitting in front of the fireplace with a cup of coffee, being on the deck or hanging out on the porch. Going for a walk, catching a glimpse of deer passing through the development, and listening to the wind go through the pine trees is heavenly. Being at the cabin is truly a vacation! Home away from home ❤️
