The decor is transitional and professionally done. The apartment is very peaceful and surprisingly serene for a busy city street. We do not allow smoking at all on the property. Must be at least 15 feet away from the front door.
Pets must be preapproved and there is a small fee. This is a second floor units and no parties will be allowed

There is a covered, private porch for morning coffee

Guest access:
The entrance foyer and entire second floor can be used. There is a spiral staircase on the back porch that goes down to a concrete patio where there is a charcoal grill. There may or not may not be charcoal available.
