Denna kompakta 1BR Baltimore rowhome är perfekt för ett par men rymmer upp till 5 nära vänner / familj med två bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet. Nyligen ombyggd uppifrån och ned med lyxiga funktioner i hela - klädkammare, duschkabin med separat badkar, ninja kaffebryggare, badtunna, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och mer. Också ingår gratis ingår Wifi, kabel-TV / Netflix / HBO, kaffe, tvätt, handdukar och lakan. Jag välkomnar tysta, respektfulla uppdrag från alla bakgrunder.

Beläget i ett lugnt och säkert grannskap ligger denna solskyddade rowhome inom gångavstånd från Fells Point Waterfront och nattliv samt Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. Den inre hamnen, Convention Center och centrum ligger bara 2 miles away - $ 10 av Uber. Du är bokstavligen runt hörnet från Patterson Park, ett av landets mest fantastiska urbana grönområden.

Det trevligaste sättet att komma runt Fells Point är att gå! Annars är stadsbusshållplatsen till centrum 5 min till fots. Parkering är mycket svårt efter 5 PM. Du hittar det väldigt enkelt och nära att hitta parkering under dagen, men på natten hittar du dig själv och söker en plats i en halvtimme eller längre. Vänligen förutse att du använder Uber / Lyft / taxi på natten.

Loved our stay here!

My son and I stayed three nights at this property. It was one of the best VRBO bookings we have done. It was perfect for the two of us. So clean, and had everything we needed. Our host, Brandon, has thought of everything. He was also super helpful, and communicated with us before, during, and after our trip. Can’t get any better. We will look forward to returning again!

Butchers Hill Haven

We had a fantastic home. After many VRBO stays, hands down, this was the most accommodating. The home was charming, clean, and extremely well appointed. We loved it. In addition, Brandon was an attentive host, checking in to see if needed anything. Overall, a great stay!

A cozy stay while in Baltimore

A cozy stay while in Baltimore. Patterson Park was just down the street which was a nice area to walk around. Broadway market was just a 20 minute walk that had many restaurants and clubs. But would Uber it at night to get back. Brandon was a super host who was attentive and quick to any questions or needs that we had. Lastly, the hot tub was a great evening escape after exploring the Baltimore area. Would stay here again.

All the amenities

Two night stay to visit with my son, daughter-in-law and new grandson after they moved to Baltimore. Brandon was wonderful. He checked in how the stay was going and asked if I needed anything. The apartment is very well-appointed, having all required items including cold filtered water in the fridge! I didn’t try the hot tub, but the solar lights outback would have made it a lovely experience! I plan to stay again in future visits!

Perfect city life

Brandon's property was a perfect fit for us - clean, efficient, plenty of amenities, and most of all close to Family and a great urban experience. It's a perfect fit for a couple and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to Baltimore.

Always amazing

Absolutely love this place! every attention to detail is made. Brandon is just such a pleasure and great host. Super clean and super appointed, cozy, and in a quiet lovely neighborhood---yet CLOSE to all things Baltimore. Patterson Park is a historical beautiful gem and the harbor waters are equally as close. Who doesn't want a hot tub soak after a day of exploring?! Yummy restaurants all around and tons of convenient shopping. Hope to be back soon!

The property was perfect. We were in walking distance to our son’s house which made our stay easy! Brandon thought of everything, from a well appointed kitchen to an abundance of towels and robes for the hot tub! We will be back!

Modern, updated townhouse in Upper Fells

Our host, Brandon, provided us a wonderful home convenient to so much of Baltimore from the Upper Fells Point neighborhood. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want or need. We have stayed here on more than one occasion and Brandon has made sure that we were well taken care of each time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Baltimore and staying at Brandon’s again!

Great weekend getaway!

Brandon's home was perfect for our weekend "staycation". Great location, in non-covid times this spot is walking distance to lots of attractions. And in covid times, it's walking distance to some great take-out options and right next to Patterson Park, which is a huge urban park with lots of room to social distance. The house is a bit small for a larger group or longer stay, but it was perfect for me and my husband. The bathroom is excellent. And the hot tub is a great perk! Five stars all around!

Staycation for Hot Tub

I live in Baltimore, but grew up in California, and spent most of my life in the Bay Area. After almost four years, I really needed to soak. Jordan, the property manager, is very friendly and accommodating. The row house is small, even for a row house, so it is more like an apartment, but he has all kinds of convenient little accomodations there for those who need them, from electric wine opener, to games, to echo dot for voice automation. The hot tub, was more a warm tub by my standards, because I am used to older tubs before they lowered the max temperature of hot tubs again. Jordan came over personally to heat the tub, so I had at least one soak that was a true hot tub, instead of a warm. I loved it. It was so needed. The tub ostensibly fits four, but as a someone over 6' tall, and weighing 200 lbs, I'd say it really fits, only two comfortably. Of course, your mileage may vary. ;) I hadn't soaked in so long, that i literally spent over 6 hours in the tub. If I had rented by the hour, it would have cost more than it did to rent this very clean and well featured, row home (apartment.) Too, it's a great location for those new to Baltimore that want to explore Fells Point, or even Canton.

My home is located equidistant from the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, Fells Point and Canton - all walking distance. You are also just 3 blocks away from the majestic Patterson Park which is home to multiple ecosystems, sports fields, summertime concert series and more. My neighborhood is vibrant and safe - you get the urban experience but are able to return to a home on a virtually silent street.
