Condo showed two beds only one dirty underneath the bed OMG worse than downtown dirty alleyway of NY

Also the elevator was out our entire stay probably a good thing though would of risked being stuck in the elevator…

Perfect location, room was just ok. The elevators were broke. The doorwall shades were broken, sink was clogged. Bathroom was pretty dirty.

Worse place to be over Spring Break

If your looking for quiet and peace then this is not the place to be. People sreaming and music that vibrates the buildings all night long. The most terrifying place we've ever been. Peaceful in the early morning hours tho. And beautiful walks away from the spring breakers on the bike path. Beautiful beach, but couldn't enjoy it very much as too many people.

Accountability

I recently booked this property and brought my granddaughter for a spring break trip. From the minute we walked in....(we were an hour early and the front desk asked for 25 cash to enter early.) I declined. Broken toilet and I called the host - he had me troubleshoot. Said he would send someone to fix the next day...he never did. The housing was stuck so we had to take the top off and press the housing so it would flush every time. Clearly the floors were unmopped as sand was on our bare feet after walking on them. We bought food at the grocery store but when we went to eat...there were no dishes. Just 4 glasses. Bathroom sink, there was standing water once we turned the water on. The same thing in the bathtub...standing water. Then, the 2nd night we decided to watch tv...It would not turn on. Called the host and they also tried to have me troubleshoot. They sent someone the next day to fix. Broken shades to get out to the balcony. We had to lift the shades with metal poles at the bottom to let each other outside to sit. The chains to lift were nonexistant. At the front desk, they basically dismissed anything we shared and felt like it was a "get in line" chuckle when we asked about these things. Elevator broken for over 24 hours the 3rd day there. I am requesting a full refund under VRBO's Book with confidence Guarantee due to the property's failure to meet basic health and safety standards. At one point one of the hosts told me "I got a good deal" for this property. "

Not what I expected from photos

Communication was wonderful, friendly staff but in all honesty it was not clean. Painted over mold, dust on walls, crumbs left on floor that was not swept prior, sink didn’t drain, shower head temp wasn’t able to regulate, remotes didn’t work and no instructions. Good supply of towels and toilet paper but that was it. Had nice appliances but overall very rundown in appearance. Noise was not an issue. Rooftop pool area quiet and beautiful during the day. But if wild behavior is not your thing, leave by 4. Great view from rooftop. Convenient location.

Just ok. Good location but....

This property was just OK. Based on prior reviews, the television still doesn't work nor the elevator. My wife who had knee surgery 2 weeks prior and was challenged walking up 3 flights of stairs. I get the sense that the property is running at status quo and won't change or be repaired. Upon entering we were greeted by a musty smell which never went away. The shades on the patio door didn't work well. Great location close to the beach and restaurants so that was great. Starbucks a short walk away as is the beach. So just ok. That said, this property would not be my first choice in the future.

Spot the differences

Although the unit was tidy, it was not clean. Some of the furniture was damaged. The bathroom faucet was barely fastened and sink wouldn’t drain. The « fully stocked kitchen » lacked needed cooking utensils. There was only one knife and a plastic spoon. It also would not be unreasonable to expect a toaster. Although we were told the cleaning staff would come in 3 times per week to exchange towels and empty the trash, we did receive fresh towels but the trash was not emptied for the length of our stay. We were unable to connect with any TV service. We were urged by the host to contact them with any questions or problems. We made several attempts to communicate including 3 emails with specific issues; however did not receive a response.

No Communication

We checked out a day early. Just a couple things we wanted bring to your attention. The air conditioning broke down for two days. Very uncomfortable. Heat was terrible. Tried to call David. No response. Texted him twice. No response. Ran out of soap shampoo and toilet paper. No response. Went to desk to ask them to relay message to David because he won’t respond. They said no. Had to purchase our own. For what we paid for room we had horrible service. Not sure if you can help us. Request a minimum of a day off our week. Especially since air conditioning didn’t work for two days. Totally ignored. Please respond. Thank you. I sent Rob an email four days ago. I feel once we paid we were ignored.
