Size of property was great for 5 people.Only 3 glasses and cups were supplied. Air conditioning not the strongest, bedroom barely had any air conditioning. Floor was poorly mopped and swiped. No drawers to unpack. Bare minimals.

Great location, clean place

The space was clean, walking distance to everything south beach. It is right next to a popular bar. Was loud music but not a deal breaker. Overall we were happy and plan to stay again.

Beautiful Place – Incredible View!

We absolutely loved it! The place is beautiful, very spacious, modern and clean. The best part is the ocean view. Just incredible. Service is great and it is easy to communicate with the owners. Perfect location. All in all a nice stay. We definitely will be back!

What a great vacation location - what you always think of Miami Beach

We had such a great stay here and you never need a car or a taxi - close to everything especially the beach. We loved having a swimming pool just in case we did not want to walk across the street to the beach - how lazy is that? It is so relaxing to look out the windows and see the beach /ocean. having a small balcony is also nice...

Prefect!!!!

This condo was prefect. It's right by the strip with all the resturants, bars and right across the street from the beach. Perfect condo for 5 girls looking to have some fun in the sun in South Beach. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you:)

Great place!

This was our first trip to South Beach. Myself, my 2 brothers, and 2 other friends (5 guys total) stayed here for my brother's bachelor outing, and the condo has everything we needed! The place is amazing! Location is perfect and the rooftop pool has the best views! Right in the middle of all South Beach! The owners are prompt with responding to questions/request/etc. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and for future trips to South Beach.

The Best Ever!!!

Location, location, location!!! Roomy, comfortable and right in the heart of things. Beautiful view from the front of the condo and exciting view from the side balcony. My husband and I said that we will only come to Miami if and when this unit is available.

Very good all around

Had a wonderful time for a girlfriends fun getaway. After visiting South Beach for the first time, can't wait to come back. Love this place. It is spacious, clean, and inviting. People at the front desk are helpful, and service is excellent. We hope it will be available when we return. Even though you have great ocean views from this apartment, the rooftop pool views are also spectacular. All around, two thumbs up!

Great Location

The place needs some updating, but I enjoyed it. It was clean. It was loud, but not as loud as when I am at home. I would stay there again. You can't really have your curtains open to enjoy the view unless you want everyone looking into the room while they enjoy the entertainment downstairs. There is also a balcony if you want to people watch.

Magnificent South Beach Unit

This Unit is simply Amazing!!! The interior was very nice, upscale furniture, clean, comfortable and one of the best views on the strip. The location is in the HEART of south beach, you can listen, view or experience it all from this unit. Foot steps from food, beach, entertainment, shopping, you name it.. Came here for a birthday/anniversary weekend and was highly pleased. Every member of our party enjoyed the unit and boast as it was one of the Highlights of our trip, truly remarkable...highly recommended...

Perfect stay!

My fiancé and I rented this condo for our stay in Miami. We needed a place that was affordable, within walking distance to beach/nightlife/restaurants and this far exceeded all those requirements. You literally couldn't get a better location for all of those things, especially for the price. We had coffee and watched the sunrise every morning through the huge glass windows. The rooftop pool views were absolutely breathtaking. We were a $3 Lyft ride away and a 15 minute bike ride from north point pier which is where we got engaged...it is a must see! We decided there is no where else we would have rather stayed, and will hopefully get this place next time we return!

True South Beach Experience

If you're looking for a bright, clean, well appointed suite in South Beach, look no further. The suite is just as the owners describe in their listing. The location is within walking distance of the beach (right across the street), dining, night life and shopping (Walgreens, Starbucks and designer stores included!)...there was no need for a rental car! We enjoyed time out on the private balcony and the panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room area are spectacular. We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay in this suite and loved the energy of Miami, South Beach.

Perfect Location! Amazing Trip!

We booked this condo with friends to be on Ocean Drive and in a prime location so we could be within walking distance to the beach, groceries stores, shops, restaurants, night life. The condo itself is just very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture, and beautiful beach views. The beach towels are provided at the front desk too. We really liked it because it just looks like an apartment. We wanted space. Our trip was simply amazing and we miss it already. South Beach is definitely a lot fun. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you also to the friendly staff. We will definitely come back!

Satisfied

The property photographer did a great job. One TV didn't work. It is noisy as advertised. Not too bad for us because the hurricane was blowing by bringing rain and putting a damper on the parties in the bar below. Other than the bar below the location was great. Needs a wardrobe in the bedroom. Overall I'm happy with the stay.

Really good place.

This place was as good as advertised. My only slight disappointment was the over head shower did not work. everything else was great. The music outside the room would only bother the person that had to sleep in the living room, and even then it would not be that bad. I enjoyed the place and would reserve this same place again. The location is perfect to feel like you are a part of the scene, even though, you are in your condo looking out. I would recommend this place to any of my friends heading to South Beach.

Excellent Spot For WMC

I recently booked this condo specifically for WMC. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised by how cool this place was. The big windows, modern decor, clean floors, updated kitchen, and comfortable beds all added up to a very enjoyable stay. The location is great, you literally do not need a car (we did not have one). The owner was very easy to reach and also very helpful with the booking process. If you are adventurous and enjoy night life, then I highly recommend this spot. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with no city noise, then you should not be looking in South Beach. My friends and I are already planning on booking this condo for next years trip to Miami Beach.

Very Active LGBTQ community

The condo was in a very active community. We enjoyed the night life. But the condo is next door to the gay club and need to be detailed clean. The vents was very dirty and the light globe has gummy worms in it. The balcony and windows need to be pressure washes. I felt like the condo was very over priced. I will NOT choose this condo again.

Art Deco Wonderful Weekend

What a wonderful weekend in South Beach. Couldn't have had better weather for the annual Art Deco event. As per other reviews it is a bit loud with the bar right under you; however the music stops abruptly at 2 am. Condo is awesome with a great view. It is as beautiful in person as in the pictures. Very clean condo. Many amenities in the condo as well. Lots of hangers but no drawer options in the room. Be sure to bring our own bath soap as none seemed to be provided. I would stay here again even with the music.
