Bare bones

Nothing really bad but mostly an empty space. It was clean and had fans. There is a Keurig machine but no pods and the kitchen is stocked with nothing. I could understand not stocking kitchen but raise the price a little and stock coffee pods. (My 2 cents)

Property was clean and conveniently located. Only issue was parking in #2 slot, was a minor challenge.

Clean, convenient, functional

Everything was spot on except TP. They leave you one roll, so make sure you fly TP across the country or you buy more immediately, because they're not kidding about the "minimum supplies".

Central Location

Great and quiet location. Easy access to public transportation. The place is clean, communication with manager is easy and prompt. I'd suggest a little more warmth to the home, such as rugs, mirrors, plants as well as more hangers and benches in the bedrooms so we can place clothes and miscellaneous stuff at an easy reach! Also, the description says there's a futon couch in the living room, but actually it is just a sectional couch with unremovable cushions, which isn't perfect for comfort. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. We appreciated the space and support we received from the management team. Thank you!

Comfortable beds and living space

The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley.

Great location to visit UC Berkeley

The apartment is clean and looks great inside, just like the photos. The extra blankets were a nice touch. Very comfy. The outside is plain, but the location is terrific and we felt very safe. Parking is behind the apartment building in a covered port; we had a Highlander and it fit. We walked to local restaurants and to campus for a sporting event. We would definitely stay there again. :)

Amazing stay!!

This place was spotless, so clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Couch was awesome for our family. Lots of streaming services which we really appreciated. The property manager responded right away when I thought some things were missing. It was delivered same day. There was some renovation noise super early in the morning from upstairs. Property manager dealt with it right away and the noise stopped. Our stay was in a great neighborhood. The only thing that we had issues with was the parking spot it was very difficult to get into even with a Nissan Rogue. But unfortunately nothing could be done about that as it is the structure and support poles. There is street parking but with limited hours but can park overnight. This place is central to everything! Would definitely come back! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Great Central Location, Adorable and Clean! Perfect for our Family.

The apartment was just perfect for us. Two parents and two kids. Super clean. Nice, clean, comfortable furniture, nice linens, etc. Would have loved a couple of basics like salt and pepper, but not a big deal (we left a nice salt!). Great central location. Off-street parking. It was really perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

Berkeley Apartment

Nice and safe neighborhood. Close to Shops/Restaurants and BART. 30 mins to San Francisco - good to explore from here. Nicely decarated. Would book this apartment again.
