This family friendly, lakefront home is conveniently located on the Gravois Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. In the same no-wake cove as Mermaid Cove/Westport Marina, your lakeside enjoyment is treated with a great view and calm waters. It is in close proximity to many restaurants and bars just a short distance by boat or vehicle.

The lakefront home and the private dock are fully equipped for you and your guests to enjoy your Lake of the Ozarks vacation. Your getaway lake house is four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps up to 12. The bedrooms include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds and a convertible sofa bed on the main level. The master bedroom features a private bathroom. All of the bedrooms include spacious closets, flat screen televisions, and chic décor. The lower level studio features 1 queen bed, it’s owning living space with a full, sofa bed sectional and wet bar with breakfast table. It also includes a private bathroom. The master bedroom features a private bathroom. All of the bedrooms include spacious closets, flat screen televisions, and chic décor.

The spacious living room features large oversized windows and multiple sliding doors making the amazing lake view visible at all times. Cable, DVD, and WiFI are included.

The open kitchen features modern, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful quartz island with 6 stools.

All linens and cooking utensils are provided, and there is also a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

The deck outside is adorned with tables and chairs for the whole family to sit out and enjoy time together. Have a cook out using the BBQ grill provided by us. Go for a swim in the lake anytime and soak up the sun on the private sun deck, or explore the cove on the provided (2) kayaks and (2) stand up paddleboards(SUPs).

Want to bring your boat? We have ample parking for boat trailers and 3 boat slips (including a cruiser slip) on the private dock.

The paying guest must be 28 years of age or older and a minimum of 4 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 4 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. Guests under 24 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult parent.
