Location, Location, Location. Detta vackra hus ligger i en skyddad vik nära 18mm. Det har en fantastisk utsikt över huvudkanalen och avgiftsbryggan. Ingår är tillgång 1700sq privat brygga med 42ft X 14Ft slip, 2 PWC hissar och utemöbler. Beläget i hjärtat av Osage Beach och inom 5 minuter från många restauranger och shoppingmöjligheter. Populär restaurang och sushibar vid vattnet Backwater Jacks ligger bara några minuter bort med båt eller bil.

Detta hus har 4 sovrum, 3 badrum med 2 vardagsrum och Bar. Ner trappa vardagsrummet har bäddsoffa med minne skum madrass. Tre rum och gemensamma områden har alla utsikt över vattnet. 4: e rummet har två över hela våningssängar komplett med mycket bekväma madrasser med minne skum. Övervåningen vardagsrum har soffa och kärlek säte med gott om golvyta. Det är också ett teaterrum med Bose surroundljud, stor platt sceen-tv och Blueray / Dvd-spelare. Två stora uteplatser är utmärkta för grillning och martini-däck vid vattnet är ett trevligt ställe att ta en drink på väg till bryggan.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean and was exactly what was listed. The property manager was great at getting back to us quickly with any questions we had. The dock was equipped for us to rent a boat and the swim comfortably. We would definitely recommend it!!

Great location

We had a group of 8 adults and loved this house and location. Super easy to find, close to the main channel but far enough we could float and not get rocked by waves. The dock was amazing also. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

We had a great time here! The place was clean, kitchen was stocked, and a great place to hangout for a group of 8! We loved sitting on all the decks and the dock was a great place to hang and swim. Would definitely come back again!

My recommendation

House was perfect size for me and my group. Didn’t have to travel far to do any of the activities we wanted to do. Property manger was in constant contact of I had questions. Will definitely pick this place when we come back

Great spot overall

17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

Perfect bachelor party house

Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most. Amazing clean property and owners were great and easy to communicate with and always quick to respond and provide anything needed. Definitely would stay again! Thank you for the great time!

Girls Lake Trip Reunion

Lovely home with great location

Third time we rented Steve’s home for our family vacation. The kids love swimming and fishing by the boat slip. Only minutes from groceries or anything else you might need.
