Great PCB location and amazing view of ocean

Stayed here for 1 week and overall had a great experience. The bathroom in the unit could use a little more attention but did not effect our stay.

Check in is at 4:00 but check out is EARLY! 9:00!! Know this unit is on the 19th floor, parking is across the street and 3rd floor of parking garage is where you are able to unload your items (getting a cart) then go through the many halls to get on an elevator (busy time takes A WHILE!) then take the cart back to park.(more time) Unit needs some appliance updates. The stove top light, stayed on the whole time, while never in use. The dishwasher… COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO TURN ON AND TO SHUT THE DOOR YOU NEED TO RISE UP TO THE DOOR TO CLOSE, or you’ll shove the whole thing into the cabinet. Frig cools great for drinks! Ice maker makes globs. The bathroom has a stench of urine, the baseboards are in bad need of replacement, the shower curtain has mold all over it. The shower drain is slow, so know you will have soap scum on your feet when getting out. No table on the balcony just 2 chairs. Extra pillows in the closet have no cases. The staff on duty are all very nice and informing with any issues. Would I rent this unit again? No.

It was nice for our birthday weekend getaway/honeymoon

I loved waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning from the bed. I love the views from the 19th floor! We had 1 scary event in the elevator on day 1, but it was fixed before we left. The shower curtain was moldy, so that was a bit gross and the ice machine had a mind of its own. I highly recommend the "twice the ice" down the road for coolers. Bring your own towels and rags or laundry detergent. Thats the only thing we were ill prepared for. Everything else was pretty much provided for (plates, cups, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc.) My hubby cut his foot walking barefoot on the beach on day 1, too, because of the broken seashells, but thats to be expected, I suppose, so bring your sandals! This room was PERFECT for a couples getaway. We enjoyed it very much and will be back again!

Minimal

First impression: fantastic view (but no table on the balcony). Wonderful bed and terrific shower (but mildew on the curtain). Beware: the dishwasher falls out of the cabinet. No knife for chopping veggies, but it didn't matter since the fridge, which had been set on its coldest setting, froze all my vegetables. Would love to get reimbursed for one cucumber, two carrots, romaine lettuce, 6 tangerines, one red radish, one corn on the cob and the meal I had to purchase instead of cooking myself. No cheese grater, no pot holders, only one kitchen towel, only one roll of toilet paper. Lovely indoor pool and outside jacuzzi, just not much charm in the unit. (Could use an area rug, door mat for inside the balcony door, and a comfy chair for watching TV not in the bed!).

Majestic is a beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful time with our family, 3 generations. Priceless memories made. Ideal place for a couple to stay. Small and everything you need. Safe and clean. Security guards are always around and available. Ramp to the beach, which is very close. Parking deck is easy to get to and well lighted. Thank you, we will be back!

Mother Daughter Trip

Pictures and description were very accurate. Beautiful property and even more beautiful view. The only thing that needs to be changed is the refrigerator. It made noises all night and the ice maker does NOT work. When it does, it comes out as water then freezes in the bottom of the ice bowl causing “one big ice cube” as my mother said. Other than that, great property!
