Overall great for a getaway. Perfect distance from beach. Front office was amazingly kind and friendly. Property was well kept. Pools were nice. Would most definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again. From check in to check out everything was flawless.

This is a much older studio. It was very comfortable for me and my husband. I could see that it would feel crowded with more than 2 people. Overall it definitely needs some upgrades and a little TLC but even with that I would stay here again. The reasons I will return include the area which it is located is less crowded; the pool and patio areas at Top of the Gulf are very nice and clean and it is evident that they are dedicated to improvements; the elevators are fast and staff are very helpful. They are also very dedicated to security. FYI the individual units do not have balconies however there are large sitting areas with comfortable chairs facing the beach on all floors. These were nice open areas where you could sit and look out at the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

2nd time in this unit!

3rd time staying at this complex, 2nd time in this same unit. This stay was way better than the 1st, as they have added a bed. I love how the pool and the beach area directly in front of the condo is never crowded perfect location so much so close , you never have to travel far for anything !

We knew coming into the property that it was somewhat outdated, what we didn’t expect was a uncleaned shower, molded shower liner, rugs not vacuumed, stained sheets, dirty dishes, and everything coated in dust. We appreciated the abundance of kitchen appliances/ dishes and plentiful linens. The whole place just needs a good cleaning too to bottom, even simply wiping down doorframes, cabinets, and lightswitches/outlets that have dust and stains caked on them would make the place look a lot nicer. It could be a very nice property, just needs to be kept up with in a decent manner.

Needs improvements. Badly.

The property is outdated, which we understood going in, but it really lacked in cleanliness and being kept up with. I think the cleaning crew just wipes down the kitchen and bathroom, changes the linens, and cleans the floors, which as everyone knows, a property (rental or residential) requires more occasionally to be inviting and comfortable to stay in. The shower liner was covered in mold, mildew smell in the bathroom and closet, not vacuumed rugs, stains on the sheets, dust covering everything, dirty dishes in dishwasher, and soap splatter on the shower wall, all upon our arrival. There was dust and grime built up on cabinets and doors and splatters on the walls. If those issues are fixed kept up with, I think it would be a great place to come back to. Wonderful location and resort overall.

Paradise vacation.

I loved everything about these condos! The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! I will going back repeatedly year after year!

Nice units in this building but this isn't one of them.

This unit is a dump. The blankets were stained and needed washed. The futons sqeaked every time we moved! The bathroom shower leaked constantly and the knob was broke. The vents were filthy. Only the deadbolt would latch the door.
