Love it!

Top, price, top friendliness service plus a wonderful fireworks that were right down the beach.

A great stay. We book our stay for next year the day after we checked in. You can't go wrong with this place. We loved it. A Happy Kentucky Family.

Paradise vacation.

I loved everything about these condos! The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! I will going back repeatedly year after year!

Nice units in this building but this isn't one of them.

This unit is a dump. The blankets were stained and needed washed. The futons sqeaked every time we moved! The bathroom shower leaked constantly and the knob was broke. The vents were filthy. Only the deadbolt would latch the door.

Don't pick this one.

Blankets were old, stained and dirty. Air was LOUD. Futons squeaked every time someone moved. Faucet in the shower was broke and leaked all the time. Door wouldn't latch without deadbolt. Elevators in building were broke when we first arrived. Vents were filthy. I generally do not give bad reviews but this was terrible.

Very poor condo

When viewing the pics of the condo we thought we were in for a treat with the futons and bed. Could not be further from the truth. The bed was as hard as the floor. One futon had a split in it. The other was hard and uncomfortable. The door lock did not lock at first. The entire first day it would not stay locked. The kitchen was straight out of 1950. During a rain, the hallway outside of the condo was ankle deep in water. The pool and beach were nice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed especially for the cost of the rental.

It is what it is, a clean place to stay, get cleaned up and enjoy the area. The owners definitely took care of us. Seem to care about there customers. Good location

Unhappy customer

I had to get another hotel room for my daughter, grandbaby, and cousin. The lights did not work properly and ac was very loud in all it was horrible. The security guard at the front was absolutely rude and I could never get intouch with the property manager or owner of the condo about this matter.

It was ok

Was nice for a short trip. Wasn’t told how to get into the room. When we did get to the room it wasn’t ready and the microwave and tv wouldn’t work. Never heard back from owner on how to get in. Wasn’t told about how to check out till after we left. It was in a nice location and the overall place was kept clean.

The AC didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the floors were so dirty that everything got stained (feet, babies clothes, socks). We swept, mopped and vacuumed but could not get it clean.

Needs updating

the unit really doesn’t fit 4 adults. there’s 1 queen bed and 2 very hard and not comfortable couches that lay down but they are like laying on a piece of plyboard. bath tub was nasty when we arrived. we had to sweep ourselves bc there was just sand and stuff all over the floor. just wish they would’ve made the sleeping details a little more clear and that the floors and tub were cleaned better but otherwise it was okay for the price i guess.
