Vår lägenhet på toppen av Gulf Condos, är familjeägt, och full av tradition. Vi erbjuder en hemtrevlig atmosfär för att göra alla era semesterminnen. Det finns ett litet kök med alla apparater, ett badrum med badkar / dusch. Rummet innehöll en queen size-säng, en full size murphy säng och en full size pull out soffa, så alla kan bli bekväm. PERFECT SHORT GETAWAY

From booking to checking out, this was such an easy and fun experience. Julie communicates so well and is easy to get in touch with if needed. I didn’t need to, but she checked in periodically. The condo is so nice and was perfect for my short weekend visit!

Weekend beach trip

Condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. Had everything we found for cooking a meal. There were chairs and beach toys for the kids. The elevators were quick (unlike the higher condo around). The beach and pool was close and nice. So the little pool/beach shack snack bar we found the food to be very poor just our opinion.

Relaxing stay

Julie is awesome at communicating with you and quick to respond. The property is nicely positioned on the beach with a pool to enjoy when there is a double red flag. The condo has everything you need.

Top of the gulf

The owner was amazing at responding and helping us out anything we need. Everything is exactly as advertised. Be aware the balcony is communal but very nice. Great stay.

Great getaway

The location was great. There was a little musty odor and towels smaller like smoke. Told the owner and she came right away that night to replace the towels. It was quite even during spring break. We really enjoyed it.

Great Location!

My family and I stayed at Julie's place for 3 nights. It's in a great location, beautiful pool and beach in your backyard. It had everything we needed. Our flight got in early and Julie even let us check in early. I wouldn't hesitate to use her condo again.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time. It was really close to everything. And was very clean and accommodating to our needs. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. The only downside was the elevator would mess up every now and then. Other than that it was amazing.

Filthy, and rude

This was my child’s 1st vacation, and we were so excited about this trip we don’t always get to splurge and take fun trips as soon as we opened the door and scoped out where we would be staying the next few days I felt let down, there was a closet that looked as if it were supposed to be locked, piled up to the roof with random items of course we didn’t touch anything but it was open when we arrived. We also noticed food and crumbs in the floor, there’s dust everywhere, stains on the rug,couch and curtains. Two heavily used sponges and a used scrub brush, and I understand Guest washing their own dishes. But before me and my family could eat our dinner we had to wash everything due to finger smudges and some type of dirt on the dishes. We had to go to Walmart and purchase clean sponges and cleaning products for ourselves to use so that we could place food into the freezer and refrigerator. Aswell clean out the bathtub so my child could take a bath. Underneath the freezer there was mold growing I indeed have pictures of everything we noticed and more little things throughout our stay. And for this matter I contacted The property owner Who first acted as she did not care. And I mentioned it once again and she insisted that she come and discuss the issues face-to-face and as soon as her arrival with her husband they were immediately rude and passive aggressive. We will not be back to this room and I advise everyone else to stay away too! Considering you’re paying a cleaning fee!

Cute and quiet

My family of four (kids 14 & 11) fit perfectly fine in this studio with all our belongings. The kids loved the Murphy bed and the queen bed slept very comfortably.

Perfect for girls trip

This was perfect for my friends and I for a girls trip. Not fancy but had everything we needed. There were chairs to rent on the beach right in front of the condo and because it is down a ways from Pier Park, etc the beach was not packed.

Fantastic Location

The resort itself was very nice, and in a great location close to everything thats fun. We had a great time! The room itself was clean, and just big enough for me, my husband, and 4 year old. The pool is great, and the beach access is a very short walk to the ocean. We would definitely come here again. (:

Room 402

Main bed and the extra bed were clean! Host was very responsive to questions about the property. The only drawback was the construction on the doors around the property but there were notices about it! Nice bathroom, small entrance but very strong water pressure; nice outdoor pool as well. Overall I would recommend staying here!

Needs a good cleaning

We had a great time on our vacation, but we also spent very little time in our room. Some of the information needs updated,for example, we were given the incorrect wifi information, which was corrected. The dishwasher was broken. The appliances are all very outdated. The oven is gross. The entire condo needs a thorough deep cleaning, there was dirt along the baseboards and hair on the pillows. It was very quiet, several places are within walking distance. The beach is right there, and we loved the pool. I wouldnt stay there again but it wasn't awful.
