Detta rymliga hem har central AC och WiFi i hela. Gå eller cykla till vackra Cape Cod Bay Sea Street och Cold Storage Stränder eller hamnen cirka en mil bort. Detta hem ligger på en kulle (81PineRidgecom) med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången och ligger på en lugn återvändsgränd.

Ett ljust kök med bänkskivor i granit och koppar öppnar upp till ett stort vardagsrum med takfönster, bambusgolv, katedraltak och en stor projektor-TV, perfekt för nattfilmer. På övervåningen finns ett sovsal med 4 sovplatser. På huvudnivån finns det ett stort däck på framsidan för att sitta och gunga och smutta på morgonkaffe. Det finns ett annat däck utanför vardagsrummet som är bra att grilla och äta ute. Det finns en ljus matsal för att äta inomhus.

Det finns 3 sovrum på huvudnivån med två nyrenoverade badrum, ett med jacuzzi-badkar och dusch.

Den lägre nivån har ett stort vardagsrum / lekplats med TV, litet kök och skjutreglage som går ut till trädgården, ett badrum med dusch och två sovrum.

Trädgården är det perfekta stället att titta på en solnedgång, det finns en plats att koppla av i en hängmatta mellan träden och ett stort gräsbevuxet område längst ner på kullen för att njuta av ett väldigt badmintonspel. Det finns också en utomhusdusch.

Outstanding in every way

Our rental far exceeded our expectations. The home was very well appointed and our family wanted us to live in the home forever so they could visit us. From the oldest adult to the youngest child, all 11 of us had a ball. The game room/garage was in use all the time -- games of Ping-Pong and pool. Outside -- games of badminton, volley ball, whiffle ball, and rockets. The lower level was reserved for the teen boys and zoom meetings. Perfect in every way. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one far exceeded everyone's expectations. We will be back. Perfect in everyway.

Family stay for daughters wedding at Dennis Inn

My extended family and I had a wonderful stay for my daughters wedding weekend at the Dennis Inn. The property was perfect for three family’s with kids ranging from 12 to 20’s. The house is surprisingly large with a big room for the youngest kids. The game room was also a great addition. I walked down to Sea Street beach one morning and it is beautiful. Overall great stay and would recommend the house to anyone.

Large Cape home for 3-4 families close to the beach

Great large house with 6 bedrooms - can fit a group of 10-15 with enough living and sleeping areas. House was clean and amazingly stocked with essentials and more - cooking, games, grilling tools, a large projector, everything one may need. One negative - beds could have been more comfortable, esp if you plan to sleep a couple or couple + small kid.

Great place for family reunion

Close to beaches and some great restaurants. House is very organized, kitchen had everything we needed, living room was a fun family area. Garage with ping pong table and games was fun for kids

Great home for large group

A large group of family and friends stayed at this home for a few days to attend wedding in town. Communication with the owner was amazing, it’s an actual owner that replies to you and not a rental company like so many VRBO homes. The house was huge and even though we had 13 adults, we had plenty of room. House had plenty of necessities like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent etc. There were also lots of books and games. There is a huge front porch which we enjoyed sitting on and a ping pong table in garage. Definitely worth staying here!

Three night stay

The house was amazing and was enough room and more for my family. Each rooms were very clean and comfortable: bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed like extra pillows, bathroom towels (even beach towels), more. Gerald and Cindy were accommodating with my request for anearly check in and answered any questions I had. My family and I would definitely come again.

Family Christmas in Brewster

Seven adults and 4 children enjoyed celebrating Christmas and Hannukah here. It is very spacious and offers both private areas and large public areas. Living room, kitchen, and dining area flow well into one another, and the kitchen is roomy and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. The one mild complaint is that it is slightly tired. One pane of the glassed in cabinet was broken, and there was a slight mustiness, but that may have been because it was off season and perhaps unused for a while. That said, it was definitely well cleaned. We would certainly rent it again and would highly recommend it for a group of friends or family. Thank you Gerry and Cindy for sharing your house and always responding very quickly to all our questions.

Awesome home, great for large groups

My family and I needed a place for 10 adults to stay in the area for a family wedding. This house far exceeded our expectations! It is huge, spacious and very conducive to a large family or group of people. The 10 of us all had our own spaces and we even had a bed or two to spare! Everything was spotlessly clean and all the bedding/towels are provided. The most we had to do before leaving was run the dishwasher and strip the beds. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the outdoor spaces were also a delight to use. Our only regret was not having more time to spend just relaxing here. We will be telling friends and family about this property and we hope to return again ourselves someday!

The house was perfect! Very clean, exactly as described.

The house was amazing! loved the projector TV. Perfect for our large family gathering. Bedrooms very spacious and bathrooms were clean and updated. We highly recommend this rental.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable

My husband and I rented this property with his parents and other family members to attend a wedding in Brewster. It was the best! We all had plenty of space and enjoyed the large kitchen with island. It is on a quiet culdesac with plenty of parking spaces. The owner was very attentive to any issues and quick to resolve. We had a wonderful stay at this Brewster property and would definitely go back again!

Birthday Weekend

To celebrate my wife’s 60th and meet her demands of no embarrassing parties, I rented Gerry’s house in Brewster. It also was an opportunity to spend a weekend with my three adult children, spouses and my grandson who was celebrating his 1 st Birthday. The property excels at creating space, having excellent amenities and frankly all the comforts of home. Everyone raved about their stay, and grampy got to spend lots of time showing his grandson some of Cape Cod’s treasures. This was a first weekend getaway like this for the family, but will most certainly not be our last.

Beautiful

This place is beautiful. Gerry & wife are wonderful people to deal with. The home is beautifully decorated. The views are spectacular. All you have to do is bring food to the well stocked kitchen. We already booked for next year Thank you Gerry for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Spacious & Comfortable home in a beautiful setting

This home in Brewster is the perfect family Cape Cod rental. My extended family (9 people) stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. The house couldn't have been any better. Super spacious (6 bedrooms & 3 baths). The location was perfect as well. In the heart of Cape Cod (nothern border between Dennis & Brewster) just a mile from a beach with free parking (key st Beach) and very close to restaurants & bike path. The location itself is also very nice. Beautiful backyard & landscaping and very peaceful. What really set this house apart however was the home's amenities & decor. Gerald really thought of everything. Books for adults & kids, coloring supplies. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of entertainment options (movies, roku, bikes, boogie boards, hammock, ping pong tables, lawn games, board games, beach chairs & towels ........). We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would love to return sometime in the future.

Great house and amenities

We had a wonderful time on the Cape. This house in Brewster has a great location in the middle of the Cape in Brewster. The amenities are great and more than expected. We had an infant grandson visit on couple of days and their was a Pack and Play for him. The instructions for the house were complete and very helpful. We used the grill and ate out on the deck several evenings. This is a great house, we would certainly book again. -- Paul

Great for large family gathering

Our Colorado family of 10 had a wonderful time staying at the Brewster house. The kitchen/dining area was ideal for eating most meals at home around the large table overlooking the beautiful backyard. The 4 teenage girls were always kept busy on rainy days with ping pong while their parents and grandparents took walks in the quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to beach, shopping and movies.

Fantastic place in a great area.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cape Cod this is it. Whether your family is small or large, or you go with friends there is plenty of room for all. We had 10 Adults and plenty of privacy for all. Backyard is amazing. Nothing like taking a nap in the hammock in the backyard. The owner Gerry is super nice. Must see to believe. Can't wait to go back

Great kitchen and dining room gathering spots Plus lots of space.

The price of this rental was very fair. The number of bedrooms and beds makes it a good value. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted right down to a knife sharpener. You would not want for anything in the kitchen. The owner supplies plastic bags, foil, trash bags, S&P, and jars of many, many commonly used seasonings. There are dishes and glasses galore. The owner also supplies hand soap at every sink and a liquid body wash at every shower as well as extra rolls of bath tissue in each bathroom. The house is an unusual design in that there is a lovely bedroom (K + 2 T's) over the attached garage but no bathroom and no AC that I could determine. The living floor has a King master with attached bath, plus two additional bedrooms ( Q and a T) which share the hall bath. The lower level (basement) has two Q bedrooms and a full bath plus a small kitchen and good sized living area with TV. The owner even supplies a computer printer and the paper on a computer table in the lower level. Books are available for anyone who wishes to borrow/take one home with them. There was a shelf area with lots of games for kids. The garage houses a couple of very decent bikes to borrow plus lots of beach chairs as well as a ping pong table to entertain the kids on rainy days. The house was clean and orderly but we think the cleaner got carried away with air freshener in the lower level. Luckily the weather was cooperative and we were able to open windows and air it out. There is an outdoor shower which the men enjoyed and it was accessible off the deck or through the slider in the lower level. The property gently slopes away in the back which places the deck kind of in the trees and that was charming. The deck has adequate table and chair space to seat a crowd and the inside dining table was also quite long with lots of chairs for meals.

The Best the Cape has to Offer!

An authentic Cape Cod house with ample modern updgrades/amenities. This house is nestled right on the Brewster/Dennis town line which couldn't be better for getting the best that Cape Cod has to offer! Tucked away in a quiet relaxing pocket but with close proximity to beaches, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. We went to the beach nearly every morning until early afternoon then came back to the house before going on late afternoon/evening trips to local museums, parks, restaurants, boating trips, shopping. Read some of the previous reviews about how much space this house has - the kitchen and great room were where we gathered if people weren't in the backyard or front porch. Clean, comfortable, and fully loaded with bedding, pillows, kitchen utensils/supplies, beach towels and chairs, games for backyard or beach. The owners were a pleasure to work with throughout the experience. Thank you for a relaxing week of sun, fun, and wicked awesome New England food.

We are Cindy and Gerry owners of this house rental....Gerry is a professional builder and lovingly renovated this home himself. Cindy is an artist. We have two boys who spent the first 8 years of their lives in this home, they are now 24 and 22 years old.

We purchased this home in 2002 as our primary residence. We decided to rent the house starting in 2010 because it is such a wonderful place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Golfing, swimming and sailing are just a short distance away (1 mile+/-)and we are also centrally located on the Cape for just about anything you might want to do. Our home is also on a dead end street with only a handful of homes so the neighborhood is really quiet.
